Description & Applications :
Alloy with a high phosphorus and tin content, suitable for copper brazing. Tin (Sn) lowers the melting point, increases fluidity and exhibits good wetting properties. Also offers good corrosion resistance and is nontoxic.Very low temperature need. Its melting range requires a rapid heating cycle to ensure that the elements donot separate through liquation.
Excellent fluidity and low melting range. Manual alloy, but it can also be used on work shop for automatic, oven, carousel and induction brazing… , with narrow gaps. Therefore, it can be consider an alloy suitable forall heating methods.

Description & Applications :
Alloys from the furnace brazing range are named according to their liquidus point. They are more aggressivethen their manual counterparts. Their melting range requires a rapid heating cycle to ensure that the elementsdo not separate through liquation.
This alloy is used for strong copper brazing without need of using a flux. It is quite common to use 2 or 3different alloys on one assembly for different joints. This procedure allows for simultaneous melting of all alloygroups.
This product is used on work shop for automatic, oven, carousel and induction brazing. Its structure alsoallows brazing in stages (reheating).

Description & Applications :
A Cd bearing alloy which main elements are: copper, zinc, cadmium and high silver content at 45%. This alloyhas a close melting range.
This low temperature alloy is used when brazing most ferrous, cuprous and nickel alloys, stainless steels andsteal tools. Its good brazing properties makes it suitable for all heating methods. Its excellent fluidity andnarrow solid/liquidus range gives excellent penetration into capillary joints and allows quick or slow heatingmethods to be used.
Suitable for general use brazing, except on low density metals. Main sector of use in both production andmaintenance: equipment manufacturing, tool production, precision machinery and refrigerating industry. Itsmechanical characteristics, together with its colour (white), makes it particularly indicated for difficult works atlow temperature such as jewelleries, spectacle frames’ manufacturing.
To be used with AGFLUX as flux coated rods, when brazing in open atmospheric conditions.

Description & Applications :
A particular Cd bearing alloy which main elements are: copper, zinc, cadmium and high silver at 40%. Thehigher the silver content, the greater the ductility of the brazed joint. This addition also refines the alloy, increasing the brazed joints mechanical characteristics and improving electrical conductivity.
This special alloy is certified by A.T.G. (French Ministry of Industry) in conjunction with GEL400 and AGFLUXis recommended for high strength capillary brazing of copper tubes, and eventually copperbrass, used incombustible gas installations. Its excellent fluidity makes it suitable in closely fitting joints as able to penetratetight gaps.
Eventually, it can be used for all delicate assemblies with tight clearances when a low temperature is requiredin brass, coppercopper, copperbrass and steelsteel assemblies (see Brazargent 2040).
It has to be used with GEL400 or AGFlux.

Good resemblance with stainless steels and cast irons. Recommended for brazing solid and resistantconnections, and for elements used for chromium and nickel plating. Most used in locksmithing, metalfurniture manufacturing and bicycle frames manufacturing.
Heating can be achieved by induction, torch or by furnace.
A flux is necessary. Can be used as bare rods with our PolyFlux as flux coated rods (standard colour as FC:Blue). Bare and flux coated rods Ø 1,5 2 2,5 3 4 5 mm, standard length 500 mm and 1000mm. Also
available in wire and performs.

This high resistance brazing alloy is used for joining requiring high mechanical characteristics (alloyed steelsup to 900N/mm2, carburised plates on cutting tools).
Compared to Nicrox 49C1, SuperNicrox contains 1.0% silver. This addition refines the alloy, lowers themelting range, improving electrical conductivity and increasing ductility. Silver content also highly enhancesfluidity.
