To whomever it may concern:

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Narasimha Kumar, and I have held positions in management and technical leadership.

As part of my Intel leadership, I led the Wireless Display project, which since its inception

has been standardized by the WiFi Alliance and has become the standard part of Operating

Systems. This project was executed by many dedicated engineers.

I would like to acknowledge Michael Engstrom’s contributions. He was hired to help with

the integration of Processor Reference Boards (CRB’s) and software, as well as validation

tasks, as his resume shows. In his more than five years on the team, he was relied upon for

his technical expertise, and was especially noted for his methodical approach to isolating

issues. He was also the one who took on the task of developing scripts for test automation.

He was extremely reliable, a great team player, and always willing to take on another

challenge. An example of this is when one of the engineers asked Michael to build some

antenna’s for a side project. He was able to use his Electrical Engineering expertise to build

the antennas as requested.

Michael is a very dependable and thorough engineer, needing little to no supervision, and

would be an incredible asset to any team.

Best Regards,

Narasimha Kumar,

Wireless Display Project Manager/Architect,
