CONTENTS Ftech is an Italian cycling clothing Company born from a successful partnership between Massimo Fantin and his aunt Teresa, both cycling specialists for more than 30 years.By combining their vast backgrounds in innovation, research, technical performance and experience with their unparalleled passion for cycling, Massimo and Teresa quickly understood the market's evolution in customized clothing and decided to unleash its full potential by merging their knowledge to create Ftech Industries, and became a leader in the premium custom cycling wear.

Headquarters, Research & Development and production laboratories are established in Bassano del Grappa, Italy, the cradle of the world’s best cycling craftsmenship.Massimo Fantin is owner and CEO of SCICON, leader in the production of bike and sport bags based in Italy. Strategic distribution, international customer service assistance, logistics and field research with teams and athletes are some of the main assets that Massimo offers to Ftech. Asg International is a worldwide distributor of Ftech.

Teresa Fantin has been involved in the cycling clothing market for more than 30 years. She has contributed greatly in the technical advances in the cycling wear, emphasizing the importance of combining comfort and ergonomics. Teresa was one of the first to see the potential of using lycra in sporting wear, and it is due to this that she is considered today as a leading figure for her high quality productions.

Fantin Industries has manufactured clothing for the most prestigious cycling Companies and the top riders since 1980. Italian tradition, technology, ergonomics, design, quality and experience in manufacturing with the best fabrics available are at the roots of Ftech foundation. Our production is exclusively focused on customizing premium cycling wear upon the requirements of the customer.

Our graphic designs are protected from the first moment they are created. The designs are not required to be registered. You are licensed to view or use the designs only for the purpose for which they are created. Any further or other use of purpose will be unlawful unless you obtain our prior written consent and on the terms and conditions we specify.

We are diligent about using other designs. If you ask us to produce goods for you using a design created by you or a third party you must warrant that you have acquired the necessary permissions and consents from the right holder. You fully indemnify and release us in this regard.

Ftech's Full Custom Program is all about fantasy!! We can design a proposal as simple or as complicated as you want. The more specific your request is about colours, logos and design, the faster the process is!

There is no minimum quantity required, but we do recommend this program for teams/clubs that need to make 30 o more kits (Jerseys/bib shorts).

With the Ftech Full Custom Program there are no colour limitations thanks to our Unlimited Digital Colour System technology.

LOGO REQUIREMENTS

Our Graphics Department work on the Apple Mac OSX platforms.

The most suitable formats for us are: vector .EPS, vector PDF, Freehand or Adobe Illustrator (.AI). All fonts must be converted to paths/outlines. If the logos aren’t in the formats mentioned before, a high res (300 dpi-CMYK) Tiff or JPG may be useful, but an extra fee for development of the logo will be accredited to your bill. A low resolution RGB files can be used only for the concept stage.

Pantone® PMS colors code numbers are the most reliable way to communicate us your branding colors. If these aren’t available, then we will supply CMYK values to adjust to the match. Important: customers are solely responsible for obtaining the permits for the use of all logos prior to submission.

E.I.T. ultimate top-end shammy, with a unique curved anatomic shape to curve perfectly with human anatomy where it meets the bicycle saddle. The two half moon components of this shammy have been joined together with ultrasonic technology. E.I.T. innovative Carbon Air has special high density foam inserts placed at key pressure points, a series of internal micro holes for enhanced breathability and a special central channel to relieve pressure from the perineal area to provide maximum comfort and performance.

Endurance 2 Men has centrally sewn inserts and is made with a new generation of high density foams. The X-Tract fabric structure has a double layer which helps collect and expel moisture. The perforated base layer provides increased breathability and quick dry. Endurance 2 Men is best used for long rides.

E.I.T. Speed Air Men is a pad with dual density that offers excellent comfort and freedom of movement, an enhanced anatomic three dimensional shape and E.I.T. X-Tract fabric, which guarantees all-way stretch and matchless softness. Perforated foam for extra ventilation.

E.I.T. Women Gem Air has been specially designed just for female anatomy with a unique pearl shaped high density insert. Gem Air pad is made with the newest hi-performing E.I.T. Remarkable ability to stretch up to 600% and spring back to its original length.

HYDRO FTEX SOFT TOUCHThanks to its surprising characteristics of softness, lightness and resistance, Hydro Ftex Soft Touch is an italian fabric especially indicated for active sport, because its innovative honeycomb structure let's just enough air flow through to keep skin cool and dry and allows humidity to be expelled immediately, offering you the maximum comfort and praticalness. Hydro Ftex Soft Touch offers protection against UV rays and the fibers are resistant to shrinking, stretching and wrinkling.

Fabrics in our apparel are very important for us. The tech fabrics we use are almost all Italian and offer the highest performance to our Athletes. Our continuous commitment to test new materials is the key to our success.

RAINTEXLightweight, breathable and elastic dual layer bonded fabric with a windproof and waterproof membrane. RainTex® is a lighter version of WindTex® without the innermost lining.

Our products include the original Ftech zipper puller, warranty tag, inner labels and Ftech outer logos.

Ftech Clothing is warranted to be free of defects of material or workmanship for a period of one year from date of sale. Damaged goods must be returned to Ftech for inspection. Ftech shall be the sole judge of warrant ability. Warranty is void if, in our opinion, the product has been misused, improperly maintained, repaired, altered or modified in any way. Ftech will be not responsible for damage from embroidery saddle (shammy zone).

Products found to be defective will be repaired or replaced with products of similar function or credit will be issued. In no case shall credit exceed the original invoice price. Products not covered under this warranty will be returned.

Order will be completed even if it has been missed 5% of the order.

Products will be delivered folded in a neutral polybag.

Custom cycling clothing is NOT returnable on the basis of incorrect sizing, so it is extremely important that you order the correct sizes.

Ftech PSG™ Proportional Scaling Graphics

Most garment manufacturers use today a unique custom graphic for all sizes (from XS to 3XL).

This solution is the easiest and quickest way for production,  it lowers costs, but it doesn’t guarantee a good visibility of the graphics/logo when the garment is worn, it may even look altered or distorted.

The “Proportional Scaling Graphics” PSG™ is another exclusive quality of Ftech; it was carefully studied to obtain the right  proportions of the designs and of the logos in different types of garments.

Each size will have a different dimension of digitized graphics.

How to Order Ready to get started in 5 easy steps?

1. CONTACT FOR A FREE QUOTATIONContact Ftech at info@ftech.it or phone +39 0424 518878 to receive a free quotation. The total cost will depend upon the number of jerseys, bib shorts and accessories you will need as well as your program (Full Custom or Semi Custom).

2. QUANTITY AND PRODUCT INFO Collect Team info. At this point it will be important to get your Team together to collect quantities and sizes you will need. Our sizing chart is a great way to visualize our sizing patterns, but the only way to be sure you are getting the right size for you is to try samples on using a Ftech Factory Samples Luggage. Submit your final order with product quantities and sizes. A 50% deposit is required to start production.

3. LOGOS, COLOURS, DESIGN INFO Send us your design ideas, logos, colours and any information that will be needed to produce your kit.

4. 3D PREVIEWWe will send you back a 3D preview via e-mail within 5 working days. You will have 2 opportunities to modify the proposal if necessary (for more modifications we will charge a nominal fee).

5. ORDER CONFIRMATION AND DELIVERYWe will send you an order confirmation with all details as you will need to reference it for inquiry purposes. 30 working days after receiving your 50% deposit, your order will be ready for shipment. Final payment before delivery.
