Fulford Hall Farm occupies a prime rural location on the edge of the suburban districts of Solihull and Wythall, Warwickshire about 2 miles from the M42 (Junction 3) with good access to central Birmingham. The farm, whilst intersected by a Class 3 County road, lies virtually within a ring fence.

A substantial, detached, brick and tile modernised farm cottage occupied by one of the Tenant’s sons. The accommodation briefly comprises front entrance; lounge; breakfast/kitchen; bathroom; two bedrooms and garden with outside car parking area.
