Dialogue

ET為了要完成回家作業，請小海陪

他去圖書館借書。到了圖書館，小海

帶 ET到服務台辦理圖書證。

：請問有什麼能為您服務的嗎？

：我們要辦理圖書證。

：請在這張單子上填寫您的個人

資料。

：好，謝謝。

小海跟 ET 填寫完資料，圖書館員給

他們一人一張圖書證。

：為什麼要辦圖書證？

：進入圖書館需要 掃描這張圖書證，借書時也需要圖書

證才可以借書。

小海先示範給 ET看，接著 ET 學

小海的動作進去圖書館。

：你喜歡什麼書？

：我喜歡圖畫書。

：圖畫書在四樓，我們搭

電梯上去。

到了四樓，小海和 ET 找 不到圖畫書。

：我們到一樓問圖書館員圖畫

書放在哪裡。

：請問一下，圖畫書放在哪裡？

：圖畫書在四樓。

：我們在四樓找不到圖畫書，

你可以帶我們過去找嗎？

：好，請跟我來。

ET和小海跟著圖書館員一起到了四

樓，原來圖畫書在四樓的兒童區。

：假日的時候，有很多小朋

友在這裡看圖畫書，

也有說故事媽媽在這裡說故事給

小朋友聽，

所以我們都把圖畫書放在兒童

區，讓小朋友閱讀。

：我知道了，謝謝你。

：我這裡有圖書館介紹，你

如果有想找的書可以看裡

面的位置圖。

ET和小海在兒童區找喜歡的書，然後

到服務台辦理借書。

：你好，我要借書。

：好，請把書和圖書證給我。

圖書館員用條碼機將圖書證及書登錄。

：這是您借的書及圖書證，今天

是十二月十二日，請在十天後

歸還，謝謝。

ET和小海回家途中，遇到 Eva 和

Finnie。

：嗨，ET、小海，我們要去運動

場打球，你們要不要一起來？

：下次再去，今天要幫媽媽一起

準備晚餐。

：好，下次再一起打球，明天學

校見。

Dialogue

For doing homework, ET asks小海 to check out

books in the library with him. When arriving the

library, 小海 take ET to apply for library cards at

the information counter.

： May I help you?

：We want to apply for library cards.

：Please fill in your personal profile in this form.

：Okay, thank you

After 小海 and ET fill in forms, librarian give them

their library cards each.

：Why we need to apply for library cards?

：Because if coming in the library, you need to

scan the barcode of your library card. And

when you borrow books, you also need your

library card to borrow the books.

小海 demonstrate how to go in the library for ET

first, then ET imitate小海.

：What kind of book do you like?

：I like picture-story books.

：The picture- story books are on the forth floor, so

we take the elevator to there.

on the fourth floor, 小海 and ET can not find the

picture- story books.

：We ask a librarian on the first floor that where

the picture- story books are.

：Excuse me, where are the picture- story books?

：The picture- story books are on the fourth floor.

：But we find nothing about the picture- story

books on the forth floor, so can you take us

to find the books?

：Okay, please come with me.

ET and 小海 follow the librarian up the forth floor,

and discover the picture- story books are in the

section for children on the fourth floor.

：On the weekend, there are lots of children

reading picture- story books or a storyteller

telling the stories for children: therefore, we

put the picture- story books in the section

for children.

：I see, thank you.

：I have the introduction of the library, and if

you look for books which you want, you can

read the layout from this introduction.

ET and 小海 find the book which they like in

the section for children, then they check out the

books at the information counter.

：Hello, I want to borrow the books.

：Okay, please give me the books and your

library card.

The librarian use barcode printer to sign in the

library card and the books.

：This is the book you check out and your

library card. Today is December twelfth,

and please return the books in ten days,

thank you.

On the Way home, ET and 小海 meet Eva and

Finnie

：Hi, ET,小海. We go to the basketball court to

play basketball. Do you want to come with

us?

：Next time. Today I need to help my mom

preparing the dinner.

：Okay, come to play basketball next time. See

you tomorrow at school.
