Wee Yoga has a full gamut of kids yoga classes for children of all ages, from infants to teens. We currently offer classes in Los Angeles and the San Francisco Bay Area. Our goal is to introduce kids to yoga and mindfulness through fun, interactive, and effective learning environments and transformative media. We encourage kids to stay connected to their intrinsic sense of freedom and take it further by expanding their bodies and minds. Our yoga and mindfulness classes appeal to all sorts of kids, as music, art and interactive play is woven throughout the lessons.

Children will develop balance, coordination, focus, and will release stress, gain confidence and learn to express themselves. Classes include fun yoga poses, breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, and mindfulness exercises. This is a great class for families with children ages 2-8Wee Yogis Sing-A-longsA fun family style learning class for kids under five. Babies learning from tots; tots learning by teaching babies; and parents enjoying the family bonding activities. Get your children dancing, singing, and even doing yoga in this playful musical experience.
