Raising Money is Easy with the Trident Case Fundraising Program!
Apply! Complete the Application Form on page 3.
Email the completed form to Niki, and enter Fundraiser in the email subject line:

If approved, Niki will send you materials for the fundraiser option you selected:
• Website fundraiser: a fundraiser flyer PDF with step-by-step ordering instructions and your promotional code (example on page 5), as well as
any other marketing materials requested (banner ad, eflyer, etc).
• Gift card fundraiser: a fundraiser flyer with an order form (example on page 6).
• Order form fundraiser: a catalog and order form in PDF (example on page 6), as well as account information and a promotional code for website
orders.

• Email the flyer
• Send a personalized email to family, friends and other people in your network
• Pass out the flyer to neighbors, family and friends
• Promote it through your website
• Promote it through Social Media (Facebook®, Twitter®, LinkedIn®)

Receive funding!
Website fundraiser:
Trident Case will provide the organization a summary of all sales generated from the Promotional Code. Since Trident Case accepts returns or
exchanges for 30 days after initial purchase, funding will be provided to the organization around 31 days after the last day of the fundraiser.
Gift card fundraiser:Send the provided order form to Niki:Organization pays Trident Case for gift cards ($40 per $50 gift card).
Trident Case accepts payment by check or wire.
Within 7 days of receiving payment for gift cards, organization received $50 gift cards.

Order form fundraiser:
Organization sumbits the total case order using the supplied account information on www.tridentcase.com. Payments accepted include all major
credit cards and PayPal. Trident Case will provide the organization a summary of any sales generated from the provided Promotional Code. Within
7-10 business days of receiving the order, the organization will receive the submitted total case order. Since Trident Case accepts returns or
exchanges for 30 days after initial purchase, funding will be provided to the organization around 31 days after the last day of the fundraiser.
