THE WARMTH AND CHARACTER OF TRADITIONAL MATERIALSLandmark roof tiles’ subtle colour variations faithfully represent natural roofing materials that date back centuries. They are created using a number of pigments within each tile so that they capture the natural hues of English clay and Welsh slate, allowing the roof to remain in harmony with its surroundings.
CONCRETE TECHNOLOGY MEETS CLASSIC LOOKSInstead of its appeal fading over time, a Landmark roof means that the benefits of machine-made precision and control have never looked so attractive for so long, maintaining the integrity of their clay or slate appearance for at least 25 years, far in excess of standard coated concrete tiles. The efficiency and sophistication of modern manufacturing – with our exacting quality and product performance testing – means we can be sure that a Landmark roof will not let you down.
Redland’s revolutionary ColourFusion™ manufacturing process ensures that Landmark roof tiles not only capture all the beauty of traditional materials, but keep their colour and weather naturally over long periods.
Perhaps the most exciting thing about Landmark roofs is that their appearance is actually enhanced by exposure to the elements. Thanks to the unique technology behind them, Landmark roofs mirror the changes that traditional materials undergo, treating weathering as part of the creation process, allowing a slow transformation over time.
Landmark – an entirely appropriate name for this unique range of roof tiles

COLOURFUSIONTM PROTECT AND PRESERVEDeveloped to overcome the failures in performance normally associated with painted tile surfaces, such as the inability to resist attack from acid rain, and the deterioration of tile colours as coatings erode.
ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
Research has shown a typical clay plain tile has a CO2 footprint that is almost double that of its concrete counterpart. Concrete interlocking tiles have an even lower footprint than concrete plain tiles. That’s why our Landmark range offers an environmentally–friendly option. With each tile closely matching the colour and characteristics of its natural alternative, you can achieve the look of a traditional roof in the knowledge it’s been made with minimal impact on our environment.

Landmark roof tiles are made using Redland’s revolutionary manufacturing process, ColourFusion™
ColourFusion™ involves fusing a very dense layer of highly pigmented amalgam with the top of the tile, so that it actually becomes part of the tile body, rather than a thin, easily eroded layer. This is then cured with a clear protective layer of polymer to give the surface finish and colour maximum longevity.
Each Landmark roof tile is through coloured so it will retain its colour for many years and all weather conditions.
The ColourFusion™ process has undergone years of research and testing at our state-of-the-art laboratories and tiles created using ColourFusion™ will retain their intended appearance for at least 25 years. A Landmark roof retains its appeal for longer meaning that you get all the benefits of a mass-produced concrete tile, while maintaining the appearance of clay or slate.
Our Landmark range has been rigorously tested in our wind tunnel where combinations of high wind and driving rain are used to determine the tile performance with respect to wind loading and weathertightness. Tiles will meet all the requirements of BS 5534: 2014 Code of Practice for Slating and Tiling (including shingles), providing Redland’s fixing recommendations are complied with.

LANDMARK 10 SLATEWith clean lines and the natural hues of traditional British slate, each tile incorporates subtle colour differences to replicate the variations typical of natural slate and a minimum pitch for maximum flexibility and performance.
LANDMARK DOUBLE ROMANThe popular low-roll Roman profile in two authentic clay colours. A subtle curve softens the tile front edge and warm clay colours complement their surroundings.
LANDMARK DOUBLE PANTILEWith a bullnose front edge to soften the roof appearance, these tiles offer all the traditional appeal of clay pantiles with the benefits of concrete technology.
All our Landmark tiles are available with a comprehensive range of matching fittings and accessories.
