Solutions : Team meets daily, just not all at once. Awake team members spend 5 to

10 minutes meeting on the text / voice / blog chat using google+ or hangout and hack pad currently.

To address the concern we enhanced the communication feature in the Worksmart to accommodate

Since Worksmart has the ability to store actual work done by the team members. Plus a planned or budgeted as well.
