Special Notes in FYE June 2019 First Half
Investment in NavVis GmbH in Germany
Concluded an agreement to invest approximately nine million euros (Series
C-2*) in NavVis GmbH (Munich, Germany), a business alliance partner.
Impairment loss regarding LockState, Inc. in the United States
Recorded a loss on valuation of shares for subsidiaries and associates of 241
million yen in the first half under review as a result of examining progress in
the business of LockState, Inc. (Colorado, the United States), an investee of
the Company.
