    Risk management for cloud implementation Pcubed’s risk management services are based on M_o_R®, PRINCE2® and MSP® best practice methodologies. Building on existing risk management standards, we provide our clients with a framework of roles, processes and tools to manage risks and issues.     Key elements of our services The key elements of our services set out in this Service Definition Catalogue are outlined below. This information is also included in our Terms and Conditions Document, Pricing Documents and detailed on the Digital Marketplace.

    a) Information assurance – Pcubed’s Information Systems Management System (ISMS) is intended to be an enabling mechanism for information sharing and for reducing information-related risks to acceptable levels. All employees of Pcubed and external parties identified in the ISMS are expected to comply with and implement this policy. All employees, and external parties, will receive appropriate training. The consequences of breaching the information security policy are set out in the organisation’s disciplinary policy and in contracts and agreements with external parties. The ISMS is subject to systematic review and continuous improvement. Pcubed is ISO27001: 2013 certified for its ISMS.

    b) Information assurance – Pcubed adheres to the Government Security Classification Scheme and this is reflected within our ISO27001 accreditation document process and procedures.

    c) On-boarding and off-boarding can be supported via Pcubed’s Microsoft PPM deployment services outlined in this catalogue.

    d) Pricing for the services in this catalogue is contained in the accompanying Pricing Document and SFIA Rate card.

    e) There are no foreseeable constraints to the services (e.g. maintenance windows, level of customisation permitted, schedule for deprecation of functionality/features etc.)
