After the applicant gets the acceptance from GDP Holding, he’ll be informed with custom clearance feesapplied on his products/ services.

We need detailed information on the regulations related to food imports: mandatoryspecs, mandatory packaging and labeling specs etc?

There have no mandatory specs for food imports in China, all the packing and labeling accord withinternational standard is ok.

After the applicant gets the acceptance from GDP Holding, he’ll be informed with the special requirements,standards and features that shall his products/ services have (If any).

What is the management fees by month for each shop and what will be include it ((services )) in same charge ?

The management fees is around 3,000RMB pre month for each shop, it will be include sanitation service fees,water fees, electric charge, security fees, POS machine fees and other daily use services.


Are the porter will help the companies from our side to take the visa and residentialgovernment document to manage them shop and business?

GDP Holding & Porter can help provide the invitation and other documents for China visa.

What is the mechanism and cost of recruiting local skills?

The mechanism for common staff cost is salary + sales commissions. The roughly salary is 3,500RMB/month. .Insurance and labor total about 200RMB/month per person.

What general information can we give to clients in relation to the costs of sending theirown staff? Average housing costs, visa costs, insurance / labor tax etc?

Yes, you can give to the clients to porter city. The average housing cost around 1500-2500RMB per apartmentthere can 4 or 6 persons co-rent it. Different visa costs for different country to China, you can ask the Chinaconsulate in their country.

Participant has to arrange his own air flight tickets, GDP holding can help to send a quotation to the participantthrough one of its approved travel agencies.

What are the services of GDP Holding that it will be provided for free?

From day1 of communication with prospective client till the date that GDP holding conclude with contractswith the participants, all services are free of charge.

GDP Holding will only provide the space and manage the project in China with Porter management. Allexpenses related to logistics, custom clearance, transportation, staff, shipping, .. etc, all of these expenses areto be handled by the participant, GDP Holding will only provide the consultancy and references, furthermore,GDP Holding can implement each specific issue, upon an official request.We recommend arrange with GDP Lebanon all issues related to logistics and other issues mentioned above,GDP Holding will be responsible to deliver the services that are provided by GDP Holding approved suppliers,otherwise, GDP Holding is not responsible to supervise the implementation of such a service, and doesn't grantto deliver the services.

What about the decoration of each shop?

Each participant shall have the drawing and interior design layouts and specifications of his own space, GDPHolding can provide two different quotations related accordingly, and then, the participant will be able tochoose, either go with GDP through its suppliers or implement by himself.

Decoration of each booth is mandatory and its expenses are to be handled by the participant.
