Your employer is offering all full-time employees the opportunity to purchase additional Voluntary Accidental Death & Dismemberment insurance. Premiums are paid by easy payroll deduction. Coverage is designed to provide benefits in the event the covered employee suffers a catastrophic injury or accidental death.
