GENERALS RECAP: The Generals scored 1 run in the 1st inning and 1 run in the 5th inning, but it wasnt enough as Jackson lost to M6-2 in game 1 on Tuesday night. LF Leon Landry (2x3, R, BB), SS Gabriel Noriega (2x4) and 2B Chris Taylor(2x4, RBI), the Generahitters, combined to go 6-for11 with 1 run scored and 2 RBI. StarterAnthony Fernandez (4.0,8,6,6,2,1,HR) recorded his 7th win of the seallowoing 6 runs on 8 hits in 4.0 innings. RH Tyler Burgoon (2.0,2,0,0,0,1) allowed 2 hit over the nal 2.0 scoreless innings in relief. RF JBlash hit a 3-run home run in the top of the 6th to tie the game 4-4, but it wasnt enough as Mobile defeated Jackson 5-4 in 10 innings.
