Why is the enclosure needed?
• To stop frivolous citations• To stop wasting homeowners time and the
Associations time• Beautification of our neighborhood• The Associations member’s demand a
solution to garbage can problem• Stops the eyesore from inside our
backyards

• Uses space not being utilized currently• Less than $200 for supplies if
homeowners choose to build• Stops eyesore of objects left in the alley
(i.e., PVC pipes, garbage cans, hoses, hose reels, etc.)
• SOME ORIGINAL DESIGNS HAVE ENCLOSURE ALREADY!!!
