LEVALIGN laser is used todetermine the profile of flanged
surfaces.
By positioning a sensor at differentpoints of the surface, the height of
each single point is measured,
providing surface profile flatness.
Vertical mounting is the mostappropriate for the nacelle side
flange which is used to mountblades as well as the counterpart
the blade base itself.

Their flatness must be within specifiedtolerance values.

The PERMALIGN
laser system measures andmonitors alignment changes of rotating machineryduring operation. It measures the absolute move ofa machine or the relative move between coupledmachines.
