Welcome to the GDC Business Matchmaking! Here you will enter your contact and company information for the Show Program and the GDC 2014 website.

Complete your information here: http://gdc2014.converve.com/ 1. Click “I’m an Exhibitor ” & Check “I accept the Conditions of Use”

2. Complete your Company Profile, Primary Contact Profile, Product Profile and Summary*

Fill in all text boxes (your e‐mail will not be made public)

Choose your Exhibit Area: o North Hall Career Pavilion, North Hall GDC Business Center (Business Meeting Rooms and

Suites), South Hall GDC Expo, or North Hall GDC Play

Number: Booth # o For Play Tabletop, enter your number as “Play Tabletop ##” o For Play meeting rooms, enter your number as “Play MR ##” o For Business Center meeting rooms, enter your number as “BMR##” o For Business Center Suites, enter your number as “BS##” o For Career Center booths, enter your number as “CC##”

*Notes Company Profile – this description is used for the Show Program; your logo will NOT be printed Product Profile – this section is used for connecting with others in GDC Business Matchmaking Summary – you will have an opportunity to review and update your information 4. To update your information, use “Primary Contact Profile” in the left navigation bar

Create new contacts using “ADD NEW PERSON PROFILE” o These contacts can schedule/accept their own meeting requests o Every contact must have a GDC Pass in order to attend meetings on‐site

5. For adding or editing product profiles click “Product Profile” in the left navigation bar

This information will be used in the Advanced Search for those looking to find business matches

6. For scheduling and requesting meetings with exhibitors and qualified attendees, use “Request New Meetings” in the left navigation bar

To request meetings, click “REQUEST A MEETING” from the participant list, search by keyword, or refine your search using Advanced Search

Your homepage and “Meetings” area tracks requested, accepted, pending and declined meetings; be sure to check your homepage frequently
