To globally recognized vibration monitoring and diagnostics, for example, we add remote visual inspection and re-calibration and repairs to precise engineering specifications.

Field Our engineering and technical crews provide a complete range of services from equipment installation through to lifecycle maintenance and repair. Whether the task at hand is an

emergency intervention or a customized preventive maintenance program, our teams are always focused on minimizing downtime and optimizing performance. And you can always rely on OEM factory-trained technicians, local teams for prompt and efficient responses, and complete supporting technologies. When our Field Service Engineers arrive at your site, you can rest assured that they are fully equipped with all the best gear for any situation.

Shop When more extensive work is needed, particularly for major scheduled maintenance overhauls, repairs and calibrations, our regional service hubs and repair shops are equipped with the

most advanced, large-capacity, precision equipment to handle any request – including all final inspection and testing requirements.

Expertise Much like a hospital has diagnostic equipment as well as the doctors who use it to improve patient health, we too provide both the tools and the expert insights to improve industry health.

At the most basic level, our ‘Expertise’ services include real-time technical and engineering support that can cut days of plant troubleshooting down to just hours. At the other end of the spectrum, the sky is the limit. Exceptional remote monitoring and diagnostics capabilities are critical to this level of service. We maintain a global network of 10 fully connected, state-of-the-art remote RM&D centers in different time zones. You always have our full attention, no matter what time of day or what local holidays may reduce your own on-site staffing through the year. We provide 100% support, 24/7.

Contractual Service AgreementsMany of our services can be provided on an ad-hoc basis, in response to specific customer inquiries. But significantly greater value can be achieved by putting in place a longer-term agreement that takes full advantage of our expertise and most advanced capabilities for asset connection and monitoring as part of our Industrial Internet portfolio. As an OEM, we can deliver higher availability for your plant equipment and spare parts, optimize scheduled maintenance and minimize unplanned downtime.

These agreements are modular to allow the selection of elements that best fit your operating and business needs. Basic CSAs usually contain specified inspection, maintenance and calibration services with guaranteed response times. More tailored packages move into greater use of remote monitoring and diagnostics, and can even include automatic hardware and software upgrades, as well as collaborative engineering benefits and performance guarantees.

Druck DPI620 Genii modular calibrator

A flexible system with multi-function capabilities (electrical, frequency, temperature and pressure) that formerly required a range of different instruments. HART field communicator comes standard with optional

Foundation Fieldbus communicator available. Dashboard quickly launches applications, and all system components are fully interchangeable.

Subsea differential pressure (DP) transmitter

This is the most compact DP sensor available for subsea flow metering, and can be utilized over the well’s entire life. For line pressures up to 15 KSI (1,035 bar), the Presens DP incorporates

extended calibration to include line pressure effect on the measured DP.


DXR250C-W wireless detector

Extremely compact and weighing just 3.5 kg, this new ruggedized digital detector delivers simple handling and operation. It’s robust 80-m wireless range enables ad-hoc or access point data link for fast image transfer. Other features

Proficy SmartSignal predictive-diagnostic software

Provides exception-based notifications of developing problems, with excellent
