To approve order authorizing the County Judge to sign a Master Agreement onbehalf of Dallas County with AchieveGlobal, Inc. to authorize the County to utilizematerials purchased for three (3) training programs (Court Order No. 2002-1298,dated July 23, 2002) with only AchieveGlobal certified facilitators.
