22. COURT ORDER:

To approve order authorizing, on behalf of Dallas County and the Dallas CountyHospital District, the provision of a ten-year tax abatement, as described, on bothreal and business personal property for Atmel Corporation's semi-conductormanufacturing project in Irving (6431 Longhorn Drive), effective January 1, 2002,with certain stipulations, and authorizing the County Judge to sign the relatedabatement agreement.

23. COURT ORDER:

To approve order authorizing, on behalf of Dallas County and the Dallas CountyHospital District, the provision of a ten-year, 75% real property tax abatement forFrito-Lay's Stoneridge Distribution Center, effective January 1, 2000, providedthat, within three years, the project creates at least 50 jobs that are new to theCounty and increases the County's tax base by at least $3.8 million, andauthorizing the County Judge to sign the related abatement agreement.

24. COURT ORDER:

To approve order authorizing, on behalf of Dallas County and the Dallas CountyHospital District, the provision of a ten-year, 70% business personal property taxabatement, as described, for Omnicom's Harwood Center relocation/consolidationproject, effective January 1, 2000, with certain stipulations, and authorizing theCounty Judge to sign any related abatement agreement.

25. COURT ORDER:

To approve order authorizing, on behalf of Dallas County and the Dallas CountyHospital District, the provision of a ten-year tax abatement, as described, toChase Manhattan for each phase of its Farmers Branch/International Centerrelocation project, subject to certain terms and job generation/minimum assessedvaluation requirements, and authorizing the County Judge to sign any relateddocuments.

To approve order approving the FY 1999-2000 Ryan White Title II budget for theAdministrative Agency in the amount of $59,246 for additional administrationcosts, the recommendation for the allocation of funds in the amount of $41 7,448to the State of Texas AIDS Drug Assistance Program, and authorizing the CountyJudge to sign the FY 1999-2000 Ryan White Title II contract with the TexasDepartment of Health (TDH) on behalf of Dallas County.

Empowerment, Inc. and $33,71 2 in the outpatient medical care servicecategory to Dallas County Hospital District, and authorizing the County Judge tosign the contract amendments on behalf of Dallas County.

To approve order authorizing the addition of approximately 20,000 total squarefeet of space to Area G of Bid No. 98-322 (Annual Contract for JanitorialServices for Areas A,B,C,D,E,F,G) and authorizing James Enterprise to performthe janitorial services at an increased monthly rate of $1,820.00, effectiveJanuary 9, 2000.

34. COURT ORDER:

To approve order cancelling current contract for Item #6 (Over the Calf StyleSocks) of Bid No. 99-144 (Annual Contract for Clothing and Apparel) with S. K.Apparel Mfg., Inc., disqualifying said company from bidding on any future countysolicitations for a period of thirteen (13) months (1/18/00 through 2/17/01), dueto non-performance and non-compliance of contract terms and conditions, andauthorizing the Purchasing Department to re-solicit bids for this item immediately.

To approve order authorizing the cancellation of Bid No. 2000-023-223 (Contractfor Random Drug and Alcohol Testing for Dallas County Employees), due tochanges in the scope of services, and authorizing the Purchasing Department tore-solicit bids immediately under revised scope of services.

To approve order authorizing final payment in an amount not to exceed$17,285.77 to J & J Roofing Company for the Records Building and CriminalCourts Building roof replacement (Bid No. 99-079), and acceptance of thecontract as complete.
