INTRODUCTIONThe translation is a proccess which there is protein synthesis.

The proteins make different functions to keep balance in the body. The chaperones are proteins that assist covalent folding to the maturation of this molecules to accomplish a specific action.

The phosporylation of the RUNX3 protein stimulates the division cell and so the development of cancer.

The researchers identified a molecule which phosphorylate this protein and produce inhibition. So the protein doesn´t realize the function.

The Scientist discovered that this protein is a tumor supressor and that the cell cycle is regulated by the action of this ,to avoid the cancer.

I think that this researches are very important because knowing the function of different proteins can be searched therapies and methods to the different types of cancer. Also understanding the aurora kinase activity will help to find a cure for cancer and reduce uncontrolled cell growth.

Drugs are used to stimulate a specific site to the chaperones synthesis.

The chaperones are proteins which prevent the synthesis of misfolded proteins, and also maintenance of proteins.

If there are misfolded proteins free in the body may cause amyloidosis and others diseases.

The amyloidosis is a disease which a substance called amyloide go to the tissues.

For example in the alzheimer’s there is amyloide that cause toxicity in the neuron.

I think that this investigation is very important because it allows develop therapies for diseases such as: amyloidosis,neurodegenerative disease and others. With the discovery of new drugs can prevent misfolding of proteins and thus avoid toxicity and the appearance of new diseases.

With these researches can know the function of different proteins, your location and structure to finally discover the relation between a protein and the development of some diseases.

Knowing the structure and composition of the proteins can help us find therapies and make artificial proteins when these don’t make the function.
