ScholarshipsBrooks‐Shaw Award: typically 1-2 scholarships of up to $1500 each are awarded annually.

Criteria:

•Must be a declared Geography major

•Award is merit‐based

•Must enroll for fall 2018 classes

•Preference will be given to students who plan to pursue graduate work in Geography

• Must demonstrate leadership in Geography Club, CERMA, or Gamma Theta Upsilon, and/or service to the Geography Department, REM program or the Ellensburg community through volunteer activities

• Clearly state in the essay the award(s) for which you are applying.

• Describe specifically why you should be awarded the scholarship(s) for which you are applying and how you satisfy the specific criteria.
