( 2 nd Revised EDITION)

The structure of research is amore specific outline or the scheme and the

variables. The objective of such a study is answer the “who, what, when,

where and how” of the subject under investigation there is a general feeling

that descriptive studies are factual and are very simple.

RECOMMANDATIONS AND SUGGESTIONS

First of all Geijit Finance Provide better Stoke Broking Services for

growing & expanding his Stock Broking business in Mehsana city as

Compared to other Stock Broking Companies.

In terms of Ranking Stock Broking on the basis of the Service &

quality Geojit Finance is Lower Stage. So the Company have to

improve his Prestige condition in Stoke Broking business in Mehsana

as compared to other competeters.

The major draw back of Company is Shortage of Space in the Branch

Office. So Company Should expance its Branch office Space.

V.M.PATEL COLLEGE OF MANAGEMENT STUDIES GANPAT UNIVERSITY, KHERVA

74

Page 75: Geojit Finance

Company Should Focus on its other Services by an advertisement.

Company Should Provide Some attractive schems for its Custmers like

as free insurance, free Saving Accounts.

Company Should decrease the changes of its Demat A/C and its other

Services.

The Company can create more awarness about PMS through Seminars

and Personal relationship.

Mehsana is very Small city and Some Stock Brokers are not too much

qualified so, they are not able to understand English literature. For

their convenience, Company has to make brochures in Gujarati

language.

PROJECT LIMITATION

During the training period I have lack of adequate time.

I am taking few samples for survey from Mehsana city.

I have chosen probabilistic sampling method that does not assure equal

chance to the whole population.

During survey, I fill that Stokebrokers are not ready to give accurate

information. They try to avoid giving the answers of some questions.

This all data is analyzed on the responses of the respondents. So, it

may be possible that there is no accuracy of answers of the respondents
