Last year we offered sponsoring & exhibitor packages for the first time in our annual German School bazaar history. It was successful not only for the school and the fundraiser, but we received much positive feedback and had satisfied partners. We therefore intend to continue with this concept and extend it with some new experiences for 2014. The annual German School bazaar with over 7 000 visitors presents the ideal opportunity to reach an affluent and varied German-speaking and modern Capetonian community in and around the Mother City. As an independent school facing ever-rising costs, we rely heavily on fundraising efforts to maintain high standards of education, provide scholarships, upgrade facilities and support our community outreach programmes. With last year’s profits we were able to build two football cages for our students for their break time, the renovation of the primary school area is planned, we were able to buy a class set of WiFi tablets, AND we started to create a new committee to give further support to our bursary students. The goal of our "Social Assistance Committee" is to give them more social and financial support for camps, stationery, extra tuition, uniforms and more. To help us continue to accomplish these achievements we would like to offer you individual sponsoring or exhibitor packages to assist us with your contribution as a sponsor or exhibitor. Exhibitor Deal

• No direct selling (goods, food, drinks etc) is allowed on the Bazaar day but you are welcome to take orders.

• Advertising material may only be distributed at the stall. No pamphlets, flyers, etc are allowed to be placed or displayed in other areas.

• Any competitions must be pre-arranged with the Bazaar Committee 2014.
