Justin holds the highest grade Norwegian Master Mariner certificate. He has spent his entire life at sea; in the Norwegian navy, long line fishing with his family North of the Arctic Circle and then on charter yachts both power and sail. The last command he had was a gaff cutter from 1908 which he sailed for two years including around Cape Horn and to the South Pacific. Justin has sailed with John on several yachts including the 3 masted schooner Shenandoah of Sark where Romy, Germania Nova’s Engineer also worked. During his time away from the sea he spends his time with his family that live near Barcelona and goes skiing with them in Norway and the Pyrenees.
