Carton erector and top sealer

The HMPS range of Carton Erectors and Top Sealers offer an efficient and effective method of packing and sealing RSC cartons for end-of-line automation.

Available with tape or hot melt adhesive sealing, these solidly constructed machines integrate well with manual or robotic loading stations.

Wrap Around Case Packer and Sleevers

Fully automatic wraparound case packers eliminate end-of-line labour constraints with high speed efficiency. This series of packaging solutions are designed for various products requiring different types of cartons, such as wraparound, or Aldi tray style. The packaging systems erect, load and seal cartons within one compact fully integrated machine.

RSC Top and Side Load Case Packer

Fully automatic pick and place case packers are designed for RSC open top cartons. These HMPS packaging systems erect, pick and place, load and seal products – all within one compact fully integrated machine. All frames and major internal components are made from stainless steel ensuring a long life and low maintenance.

Bag in Box

Bag-in-Box Series of packaging machines are proven systems offering either semi or fully automatic end of line bag-in-box carton packaging options.

The system provides significant savings in labour and guarantees a bag-in-box product that is consistently packaged, sealed professional, all within a small machine footprint.

Robotics

HMPS are specialist designers of high speed robot case packers capable of processing and packaging wrapped and unwrapped products. Robot case packers are designed to load flow wrappers, cartoning machines or thermoformed trays 24 / 7 while significantly reducing your labour and work, health and safety costs.

Integrated with servo controlled infeed collation systems and standard carton erecting and sealing machines, robot case packers provide long term flexible case packing solutions.

Palletisers - single or multi feed

HMPS can customise a palletising solution to match your requirements. Systems starting with manual pallet handling and a single in-feed to centralised palletisers incorporating fully automatic pallet handling and multiple in-feed lines across multiple robots, integrated high speed pallet wrapping, SSCC labeling, pallet stacking as well as incorporating Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV’s) for fully automatic handling of product.

Cartoners - end load, top load and tray formers

HMPS can supply cartoners with the option of automatic adjustment between product changeovers, which reduces the need for skilled operators and line down time. All automatic change over functions are integrated through the graphical operator panel.

The large capacity carton magazine with its low loading height enables the machine to operate for long periods of time without operator attention.

HMPS began in 1980 as a response to the thriving South Australian Wine Industry, requiring bag in box packaging for wine casks. Since then, we have evolved into a business with over 50 employees, who create a vast range of packaging systems that are implemented nationally and internationally.
