Self Reporting Academic Record
NCAA Clearinghouse – Division 1 or 2 sports Transcripts should have been requested at the end of your
junior year. If you didn’t do this, do it now.
Transcript Requests Unofficial – most scholarships will accept unofficial transcripts
Official- All colleges require official transcripts.
