Preparation Instructions: 1. Dissolve contents of package (1 kg) in 3.6 L of boiling water. 2. Stir until dissolved. 3. Add 2.4 L of cold water and mix well. 4. Pour into serving dishes and chill until set. 1 bag yields: 60, 125 mL servings.

Preparation Instructions: 1. Add 616 g of mousse mix to 1.42 L of cold milk. 2. Whip at low speed for 1 minute. 3. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 1 hour. 1 bag yields: 36, 125 mL servings.

Preparation Instructions: 1. Add contents of package (765 g) to 3.5 L of cold milk in a mixing bowl. 2. Mix at low speed until the powder is dampened (about 15 seconds). Scrape the bowl. 3. Mix on medium speed until pudding is smooth (about 5 minutes). DO NOT OVERMIX. 4. Pour at once into serving dishes and let stand until set (5 minutes). 1 bag yields: 32, 125 mL servings.
