Cc thao tc chn

A. Cc phng php la chn hnh hc: Cc phng thc la chn trong NX rt a dng v tin dng cho ngi s dng.Khi la chn th con tr s hin th nh hnh . Sau y l mt s phng php la chn c bn : 1. La chn Feature : Ta c th la chn chi tit bng cch click chut v cc biu tng trn thanh cng c sau :

Ngoii ra ta cng c th la chn cc i tng mt cch d dng nh v b lc la chn. V d ta mun chn cc cnh ta c th chn Edge trong hnh sau :

2. Phng php la chn tng qut : Chn select all la chn tan b vt th.

Nu mun chn mt i tng no , ta c th r chut li gn i tng cho n khi i tng chuyn sang mu hng i vi cc i tng b che khut ta c th chn chng bng cch : chuyn cch hin th chi tit sang dngWireframe with Hidden Edges (nhp v biu tng ), hoc ta c th hin th cc i tng b khut bng cch nhp v biu tng Highlight Hidden Edges sau :

Mt cch khc la chn chnh xc cc i tng l dng cng c QuickPick. Cch tin hnh nh sau : ta r chut li gn chi tit, ch thi gian khong 2 giy ta s thy con tr hin ln nh hnh bn, click chut tri, ta s thy hp thoi QuickPick. Trong hp thoi QuickPick, cc i tng s c phn thnh cc nhm nh : All objects, Features, Body Objects v cc i tng s c highlight khi ta r chut ln cc tn i tng trong QuickPick. Ta chn i tng bng cch click tri chut.

3. Cc tng thch cho ngi dng (User Preferences) : Chn Preferences trn Menu bar. User Preferences c dng nh ngha cc thng s hin th nh tn chi tit, cch b tr (layouts), views Ngoii ra ta c th thit lp cho cc layer, mu, font cho cc chi tit. a. Giao din ngi dng (User Interface) Chn Preferences\User Interface. User Interface cho php ta ty chnh cch NX lm vic v tng tc vi cc c tnh do ta thit lp. Chng hn nh ta c th thay i v tr, kch thc hoc trng thi hin th ca ca s chnh, vng ha, hoc ca s hin th thng tin. General Tab : thit lp mc chnh xc hin th trong ca s thng tin. Layout Tab : thit lp v tr ca Resource bar. Macro Tab : thit lp khong thi gian cho mt m phng chuyn ng.

b. Visualization : Chn Preferences\Visualization. B. Thit lp Object Display : Object display c dng thay i cc thit lp nh mu, font, layer, trng thi hin th ca cc i tng. Click Preferences\ Object : ca s Object Preferences xut hin nh hnh bn. Trong ta c th ty chnh work layer, color, translucency cch th hai l ta click phi chut v in m trong Part Navigator, chn Edit Display. Ngi ra ta cng c th ng dng cc ty chnh ny cho tng i tng nh cc ng, cc mt

C. Cc trnh ng dng : Ta c th m cc trnh ng dng bng cch chn START trn thanh Standard Toolbar. Mt

khc ta c th chn cc ng dng khc t drop-down menu nh hnh bn. V d ta c th la chn phn Modeling, Drafting, Assembly Mc nh ca trnh ng dng l Modeling khi ta to mt file mi.

Bi 2 CC FEATURE THNGDNG

1.1.NH NGHA : Features l cc phn t c nh ngha nh l cc hnh c bn, ng, mt, hay cc hnh khi. V d mt s feature thng dng nh : blocks (khi), cylinder (hnh tr), cones (hnh

cn) , spheres(hnh cu), extruded bodies (cc khi c to ra ko di), v revolved bodies (cc khi c to ra bng cch xoay trn).

1.2.CC KIU FEARURE : C 6 kiu feature : Reference features, Swept features, Remove features, Userdefined features, Extract features and Primitives. Cc kiu feature ny c cha trong menu Insert.

Click Insert chn la kiu feature.

Cc lnh thc thi ca Form Features c cha trong cc menu c nh du mu hnh trn. Cc biu tng ca Form Features cng c hin th trn thanh Formm Features Toolbar nh hnh di. Trn c cc lnh thc thi m bn thng xuyn s dng. Ngoi ra ta c th chn thm cc lnh khc vo bng cch click vo ADD OR REMOVE BUTTONS/ FORM FEATURE.

REFERENCE FEATURES : cho php ta thit lp cc mt tham kho, cc ng tham kho. Cc i tng tham kho ny h tr vic dng cc mt tr, mt cn, mt cu, cc vt trn xoay. Click vo INSERT DATUM/POINT m cc la chn khc ca Reference Feature : Datum Plane, Datum Axis, Datum CSYS, v Point SWEPT FEATURES : cho php ta dng cc hnh bng cch ko di hoc xoay trn mt i tng ban u. Swept Feature bao gm : Extruded Body Revolved Body Sweep along Guide Tube Styled Sweep Lnh thc thi : INSERT DESIGN FEATURE : dng cho extrude (ko di) hay Revolve (xoay trn). INSERT SWEEP : dng cho cc lnh cn li. REMOVE FEATURES : cho php to ra m hnh bng cch ct b i mt phn no ca hnh ban u.

Lnh thc thi : INSERT DESIGN FEATURE Remove Features bao gm : Hole (to l) Boss (to phn tr li trn mt phng) Pocket (to ti) Pad Slot (khe) Groove (rnh)

C th chn bng cch click chut vo cc icons sau : USER-DEFINED FEATURES : (kiu feature do ngi dng nh ngha cho php ngi dng nh ngha features mu ca mnh.

Lnh thc thi : INSERT DESIGN FEATURE USER DEFINED EXTRACT FEATURES : cho php to ra cc khi bng cch xut ra cc curve (ng cong), faces hoc l cc vng. Extract features bao gm : Extract Sheet from curves Bounded plane Thicken Sheet Sheet to Solid Assistant Lnh thc thi : INSERT ASSOCIATIVE COPY EXTRACT : dng cho ty chn extract.

Hp thoi Point Constructor xut hin. Mc nh XC, YC, ZC l 0. Cick OK Hp thoi Block xut hin. Ta xc nh cc thng s hnh hc nh sau : Length (XC) = 65 inches Width (YC) = 85 inches Height (ZC) = 20 inches Click OK xem ton b vt th: right-click chn Fit hoc nhn + F Right click chn ORIENT VIEW TRIMETRIC

Kt qu l ta s nhn c mt khi nh hnh v sau :

Tip theo ta s to hnh cn phn cui ca hnh tr. Chn INSERT DESIGN FEATURE CONE hoc click vo biu tng

C nhiu cch to mt khi hnh cone : Diameters, Height (ng knh, chiu cao) Diameters, Half Angle (ng knh, gc cone) Base Diameter, Height, Half Angle (ng knh y, chiu cao, gc cone) Top Diameter, Height, Half Angle(ng knh nh, chiu cao, gc cone) Two Coaxial Arcs (2 cung trn ng trc) Chn DIAMETERS, HEIGHT

Trong hp thoi VECTOR ta chn Z-Axis, chiu vector theo chiu dng ca trc Z. Click OK Trong hp thoi CONE ta nhp cc thng s nh sau : Base diameter = 4 inches Top Diameter = 6 inches

Height = 10 inches Click OK

Ca s Point Constructor xut hin, ta chn biu tng Arc/Ellipse/Sphere Center hoc click vo biu tng , sau chn mt trn ca hnh tr va to lc ny. Hoc ta cng c th nhp cc ta nh sau : XC = 0 YC = 0 ZC = 18 Click OK Trn ca s BOOLEAN OPERATION, chn UNITE (NI). Phn hnh cone s c ni vo phn u ca hnh tr.

1.1.REFERENCE FEATURES (CC FEATURE THAM CHIU) 1.1.1.DATUM PLANE (MT CHUN) : Cc mt chun (datum plane) l cc feature tham chiu h tr vic dng cc feature khc nh cylinder, cone, sphere, v cc m hnh trn xoay hoc to ra cc feature t nhiu gc khc nhau . Sau y,ta s to ra mt Datum Plane t mt mt cho trc. C nhiu cch to Datum Plane :

M Arborpress_plate.prt Chn INSERT DATUM/POINT DATUM PLANE. Cch khc l click vo biu tng Datum Plane trn thanh cng c FORM FEATURE

Hp thoi Datum Plane xut hin nh hnh v. Ta c nhiu la chn to Datum Plane nhng cc phin bn NX sau ny thng minh t la chn phng php thch hp, ty thuc vo i tng m ta chn nu ta chn kiu Infered (NX cng mc nh kiu ny)

Click mt trn ca khi hnh hp. Chiu vector to Datum Plane s hng ra. Do nu ta chn mt y to Datum Plane th chiu ca vector s hng xung. Nhp thng s cho OFFSET DISTANCE (khong cch t mt Datum Plane n mt ta chn) l 15 inches. ClickAPPLY. Ta c hnh sau :

Click CANCEL 1.1.2.DATUM AXIS (TRC THAM CHIU) : Trong phn ny ta hc cch to ra trc tham chiu Datum Axis. Datum Axis l mt feature tham kho c dng dng cc feature

khc nh Datum Plane, feature trn xoay hoc ko di ... Datum Axis khng to ra cc rng buc hnh hc vi cc i tng khc cng nh cc trc ta khc. Chn INSERT DATUM/POINT DATUM AXIS . Cch khc l nhp vo biu tng trong thanh From Feature nh hnh sau :

C nhiu phng php to ra Datum Axis. Cng ging nh cch dng Datum Plane, NX c kh nng la chn cch dng Datum Axis ty thuc vo i tng m ta chn (mc nh cng l Infered).

Chn TWO POINTS hoc biu tng ca n t ca s Datum Axis

Chn hai im trn khi nh trong hnh :

Click OK ta c ng cho nh hnh v, l Datum Axis.

1.2.SWEPT FEATURES (cc feature c to ra bng cch qut theo mt bin dng cho trc) : 1.2.1.EXTRUDED BODY : cho php ta v cc vt dng tm hoc khi c bng cch qut mt bin dng hnh hc theo mt phng vi khong cch xc nh. Sau y ta s lm mt

v d v cch to mt khi ch nht bng phng php trn. To v lu mt file mi vi tn Arborpress_rack.prt Right-click, chn ORIENT VIEW ISOMETRIC . Hp thoi Line xut hin nh hnh v :

Di phn START POINT chn biu tng POINT CONSTRUCTOR Thit lp ta XC = 0, YC = 0, ZC = 0 v click OK. Ca s mi c m ra cho php ta xc nh im u v im cui ca on thng. Click biu tng POINT CONSTRUCTOR di END POINT v nhp vo ta XC = 0, YC = 25, ZC = 0 Click OK, sau click APPLY. Tip tc lp li cc bc trn to thnh

hnh ch nht. ta cc nh c cho nh sau :

Click OK sau mi ln nhp ta Click CANCEL sau khi tt c cc im c nhp ta . Ta s c mt hnh ch nht trng nh hnh sau

By gi ta s thc hin bc extrude to khi ch nht. Chn INSERT DESIGN FEATURE

EXTRUDE hoc click vo biu tng Hp thoi EXTRUDE xut hin, ta chn ln lt 4 cnh hnh ch nht theo th t hnh trn. Sau nhp vo cc thng s sau : START = 0, END = 20. Click OK

Ta c khi ch nht nh hnh sau :

1.1.REMOVE FEATURES (cc feature c to thnh bng cch ct b mt hay nhiu phn ca i tng ban u) : Hole : to cc l n gin, counter-bored, countersunk trong mt khi c. Boss : to mt khi tr n nh trn mt mt phng hoc mt tham chiu. Pocket : to phn rng bn trong khi c. Phn rng c th l hnh tr hoc hnh hp ch nht. Pad : to khi hnh ch nht trn mt b mt khi hin hnh. Slot : to ra ng rnh vo bn trong hoc xuyn qua khi hin hnh. Hnh dng ca ng rnh c th l ch T, U, Ball hoc

Dovetail. Groove : to rnh trn phn trn xoay Thread : to ren trn b mt tr ca mt khi c. By gi ta lm v d v cch to cc l (hole) M file Arborpress_plate.prt Chn INSERT DESIGN FEATURES HOLE hoc click vo biu tng Form Feature Toolbar. trn thanh

Trong ca s Hole ta nhp cc thng s sau : Diameter = 8 inches Depth = 25 inches Tip Angle = 118 degrees Chn mt trn ca khi hin hnh. Click OK

Ca s tip theo cho php ta xc nh v tr ca l.

Chn PERPENDICULAR t hp thoi Positioning u tin ta click chn cnh nh hnh bn di. Nhp thng s Distance = 10 in vo khung Current Expression Chn APPLY

Lm tng t cho cnh cn li vi Distance = 11,25 in Click OK ta c hnh sau.

Lp li cc bc trn to 5 l vi cc ta cho nh sau.

Cui cng ta c hnh nh sau.

Chamfer : dng vt phng gc (gc trong hay gc ngoi) Lnh : DESIGN FEATURE.INSERT Hoc click Chamber:

a.Vt gc trong b.Vt gc ngoi Thread : thread (ren) ch c th to trn mt ca hnh tr. Chc nng ca thread l to ren trn cc b mt hnh tr, ren tri hay ren phi, ren trong hay ren ngoi. N cn cho ta nhiu phng php v ren nh cut, rolled , milled hay ground . Lnh : DESIGN FEATURE.INSERT Hoc click Thread:

Trim Body : dng ct cc khi c bng cc mt phng. Lnh : DESIGN FEATUREINSERT . Hoc click Trim Body:

Split Body : dng ct khi c ra thnh 2 phn (gn ging nh Trim) bi 1 mt phng

hoc tm mng. Lnh : DESIGN FEATURE.INSERT Hoc click Split Body :

Instance :dng to nhanh cc dy (array) theo bin dng hnh ch nht hay hnh trn. Lnh : INSERT ASSOCIATIVE COPY INSTANCE FEATURE.

Boolean Operations : bao gm unite, subtract, intersect. 1.UNITE : dng ni hai phn li vi nhau. Lnh : INSERT COMBINE BODIES UNITE. Hoc click :

1.1.FEATURE OPERATIONS ON MODELS : 1.1.1.Dng m hnh vis lc gic : To file mi v lu li vi tn Impeller_hexa-bolt. Chn INSERT DESIGN FEATURE CYLINDER Hnh tr to ra phi c tm mt y trng vi gc ta v hng theo chiu dng trc Z. cc thng s ca hnh tr : ng knh 0,25 in, cao 1,5 in.

By gi ta s to mt tm trn ging u ca vis : To mt cylinder trn nh ca hnh tr va v. Kch thc : ng knh 0,387in, cao 0,0156in.

Trn ca s POINT CONSTRUCTOR, click vo CENTER. Click vo mt trn ca hnh tr mi v chn tm ca mt . Trong phn BOOLEAN chn UNITE. Click OK ta c hnh v nh bn di.

Lu li file. K tip ta s to u lc gic cho vis : Chn biu tng POLYGON trn thanh CURVE TOOLBAR. Trong ca s POLYGON, nhp 6 cnh

vo NUMBER OF SIDES. Click OK.

C 3 cch to a gic : INSCRIBED RADIUS SIDE OF POLYGON CIRCUMSCRIBED RADIUS

Chn SIDE OF POLYGON Trn ca s k, nhp cc thng s kch thc vo : Side = 0.246 inches Orientation Angle = 0.00 degree Click OK Trn ca s POINCONSTRUCTOR, chn biu tngCENTER Click mt nh ca phn u vis va v.

K tip ta s ko di (extrude) phn a gic va v to phn u vis. Chn INSERT DESIGN FEATURE EXTRUDE Click vo 6 cnh ca a gic va v to bin dng cho vic extrude n. Nhp vo End Distance l 0.1876 inches Sau khi extrude ta c hnh v tng t nh sau :

Trn nh ca phn tr c ng knh 0,387in ta thm mt hnh tr khc vi cc thng s kch thc sau Diameter = 0.387 inches Height = 0.1875 inches Ta ch c th nhn thy phn hnh tr mng ny ch wireframe bi v n nm khut bn trong phn u lc gic. M hnh ch wireframe nh hnh di :

By gi ta s dng ng dng INTERSECT ca FEATURE OPERATIONS. Chn INSERT DESIGN FEATURE SPHERE Chn DIAMETER, CENTER Nhp vo kch thc ng knh l 0,55in Trn ca s POINT CONSTRUCTOR chn CENTER.

Chn mt y ca phn tr ta va v.

Click OK, ta thy xut hin hp thoi BOOLEAN OPERATION nh hnh bn. Chn INTERSECT Click chn phn u lc gic

Click OK ta c hnh bn di :

Sau y ta s v tip phn ren cho thn vis. Chn INSERT DESIGN FEATURE THREAD. Ta thy hp thoi THREAD nh hnh bn C 2 la chn chnh to ren l SYMBOLIC v DETAILED Click chn DETAILED Chn ren phi RIGHT HANDED Click chn thn vis Click OK

Cui cng ta c vis lc gic ging nh hnh bn di. Lu li file.

Length = 65 inches Width = 65 inches Height = 285 inches To mt khi ch nht khc cng nm gc ta vi kch thc sau : Length = 182 inches Width = 65 inches Height = 85 inches
