Applicability: GILERA GP 800 ‘08

1. Turn the engine off.

2. Remove the engine plastic lid and the front lateral fairings.

 ____________________ Feeding voltage section_____________________  

1. Locate and unplug the stock black two-way connectors located on the injectors (seepict.1)

2. Plug the black two-way connectors of the RAPID BIKE wiring harness to stock blacktwo-way connectors previously unplugged. (see pict.2).

The connector marked with red tape must be plugged to the front cylinder.

3. Locate and unplug the stock black three-way connector located on the left side ofthe motorcycle. (see pict.3.)

4. Connect the green wire of the RAPIDBIKE wiring harness to the stock wire markedwith the letter “C”(see pict.4.) and place back the stock connector previouslyunplugged.

5. Locate and unplug the stock black three-way connector located on the motorcycleleft side (see pict.7).

6. Connect the connectors of the RAPID BIKE wiring harness to the stock connectors

previously unplugged (see pict.8).

7. Connect the eyelet of the RAPID BIKE black wire to the negative pole of the battery

which is located in the rear side of the bike (see pict.9).

8. Unplug the stock lambda connectors and connect them to the specific connectors**

of the wiring harness (see pict.10).

12. Connect the Rapid Bike wiring harness to the Rapid Bike module.

13. Carefully check the correct connection of all connectors.

14. Fix the RAPID BIKE control unit to the motorbike by means of some strips placing it inthe glovecompartment.

15. Place back the engine plastic lid and the front lateral fairings.
