general informationService prices include the use of the men’s or women’s locker room, steam room andspa. Glen Ivy Spa limits manicure, pedicure and facial treatments to guests 13years and older; guests receiving body treatments must be 18 years and older.

RESERVATIONS We recommend reservations for treatmentappointments be made 3-4 weeks in advance.Our reservation line, 1-888-GLEN IVY, isopen every day.

CANCELLATIONS We accept cancellations up to 5:00 pm theday before your scheduled appointment.Those calling later than 5:00 pm or “no-shows” will be charged a cancellation fee.

CHECK-IN Please check-in 30 minutes before yourscheduled appointment. You may lose yourappointment if you do not check in at least15 minutes prior to your scheduled service.As a courtesy to the next scheduled guest,your treatment will end on time regardlessof when your service begins.
