The Sitting Room and separate Dining Room

One of the key defining features of Glencoe House’s elegant accommodation is your personal private sitting room, which creates the ultimate retreat and hideaway. The sitting room is given a certain glamour by its baby grand piano and is ideal for guests with musical talents. The adjoining dining room hosts the generously stocked “maxi” bar in your antique sideboard and the large dining room table can seat up to 6 guests for breakfast or dinner.

Breakfast is a relaxed affair, which is served at a time of your pleasing at your personal, full-sized dining table in the separate dining room, which can be enjoyed while admiring the spectacular view and contemplating the day’s activities together with your choice of daily newspapers.

The Bedroom

The bedroom boasts a number of original features including a period fire place; the room is a generous 24 square metres. The “Glencoe House Rejuvenating Bed Concept” allows for a restful and restoring night’s sleep and is tailored to your every need. We offer a turndown service that includes closing the window shutters and a hot water bottle to warm the bed if desired. The antique dressing table and wardrobe give the finishing touches to an elegant and refined room.

This suite comprises a bedroom that contains a period fireplace, a light and spacious sitting room with a baby grand piano, a separate dining room, a bathroom that contains two free standing slipper baths and period fireplace, a separate shower room and a study.

The Bathroom

The bathroom of Suite No.5 must be one of the most decadent rooms in the whole building. This expansive room contains two free standing slipper baths that sit side by side with only enough room for a champagne bucket between them. This is an ideal place to relax and watch the red hues of the stunning Highland sunsets. The bathroom toiletries extend the sense of opulence which rest on the Victorian marble topped wash stand.

The Shower Room

The separate shower room takes all needs into account whilst you are enjoying the “Glencoe House Energising Shower Concept“. The room is 10 sqm / 108 ft2 and also boasts ‘his’ and ‘hers’ wash hand basins for that individual touch.
