Page 11: Global Ports Connecting Global Markets

Road Map

• Complete refurbishment of the 2 ship to shore cranes

• Purchase of a third Mobile Harbour Crane to assist during the refurbishment period and to train people on a later stage

• Investing in new equipment i.e. Reach Stackers, Tractor Trailers, Empty Container Handlers, twin lift spreaders

• Implementing a new Terminal Operating System that can support live update in order to track all container positions whether on the yard, vessel or gate.

• Build a new IT infrastructure to support the new TOS in addition to new equipment installed on all machines.

Page 12: Global Ports Connecting Global Markets

Road Map

• Start a new shift rotation based on 8hrs per shift instead of 12

• Increase the yard capacity by moving from 2 wide stacking to 4 wide stacking

• Create a new yard strategy by segregating the yard by type of containers i.e. Export, Import, size, type, destination, etc...

• Put in place our own transport solution in order to assist our employees getting home late at night or early in the morning.

• Improve operations monitoring by introducing new supervisory level in ops hierarchy

• Create Planning department, which is in charge of operating our TOS in addition to pre-plan all expected moves (vessel, yard, gate, and rail) on daily basis.
