Develop Deeper BondsRelationships deepen when trust is created within your team. Show your team that you believe in them. Love people unconditionally, be

consistent, and true to your word. As you portray a positive attitude, express your appreciation, and recognize the amazing work your team

is putting in, your team will start to emulate your behavior and deepen relationships with their Level 1s.

Identify more runnersDo you have solid running partners who love being with you on this journey? It’s important to nurture those relationships, but also

remember that runners can leave at any time. Keep your relationships deep with your running partners and make sure you have your eyes

open for additional runners to add to your team. Focus on retaining your team members. We like to refer to it as plugging the drain. Make

sure you put the same amount of e� ort into the people that are joining as the ones that are already on your team.

Keep going Silver!Focus on going Silver each month and you soon will reach Gold! Duplicate this thought process with your Level 1s. Keep using the “How to

go Gold” and “Me+3” worksheets and encourage your Level 1s to do the same. Personally sponsoring 3 new Ambassadors each month is the

best way to consistently grow your team.

Activity: 1. Reach out to two or three of your Level 1s this week and recognize them for their hard work. You can do this with a phone call, text, or post a message about their rock star status on their Facebook page.

2. Print out the “How to go Gold” and “ME+3” worksheets and focus on personally sponsoring 3 new Ambassadors this month.

3. Update your Connections List and highlight people who you feel are ready to run.

Stay PositivePeople will disappoint and decide they don’t want to be a part of your journey. This is completely normal. Attrition occurs in every business,

but don’t give up on YOUR dream. Trust the journey and look at every situation as an opportunity to LEARN.
