DESIGN BUILDWe will work as part of your design team from the very beginning with the architect, engineers, and subcontractor consultants to design your project within your budget. There is no fee for this service.

BIDDING AND VALUE ENGINEERINGYour plans are bid out to all our subcontractors. We work to collect as many bids in each trade as possible, to secure the most competitive price. We provide you with creative solutions and cost savings by exploring value engineering options.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENTYou are given schedule and cost forecasting updates regularly throughout construction. We manage subcontractors and hold them accountable to your standards for quality of work and craftsmanship

OPEN BOOK ACCOUNTINGYou see every subcontractor invoice. Our fee is represented only as a percentage added on top of each invoice.

Rimrock has been involved in the development and construction of most of the Gold’s Gyms along the Wasatch Front and multiple locations in Colorado, Washington, and Idaho.

Our development team has assisted the clients in finding real estate for Gold’s Gym, collecting and reviewing market studies and demographics for proposed sites, obtaining approval from city governments, setting up funding for each project, and much more.

Our construction team has worked closely with the architect and client on each project to find value engineering options, tighten up schedules, meet deadlines, and complete high quality, state-of-the-art gyms. Although similar characteristics can be found throughout the gyms, each gym has a unique plan and was developed and constructed to be distinct.
