Golf Course Bled is the largest and the oldest in Slovenia, dating back to 1937. It is is renowned as one of the most beautiful courses in Europe. The golf course is situated 2 km east of Bled on a plateau, 60 m above the Sava river canyon. Its height above sea level is 504 - 520 m. The land has a slight roll and is covered with forests. The truly beauti-ful backdrop with the high Karavanke mountains in the north and the sharp - ridged

Honestly saying, this package was the best I have experienced in my golf

career. I have a tradition with my friends to travel for golf to European

destinations in late September visiting places such as Italia, Portugal,

Spain, Poland, Lithuania, Sweden and Denmark.

What we appreciate in a golf package is:

1. Good quality hotel (sauna, good breakfast and central location)

2. Transportation from and to airport/golf courses

3. Good quality golf courses

Hotel Slon is the best Best Western hotel I have never been to. Small

things, such as fresh fruit served in the room, good service at reception,

spa & fitness facilities really made our stay enjoyable.

Diners Golf Club is in the TOP 10% golf courses that I know in Europe

and so close to Ljubljana. If one would drive with their own/rental car -

detailed instructions would be nice (even the Garmin navigator had

some difficulties finding the way). Otherwise, simply a great course with

great service at the caddiemaster's office. Golf Arboretum was a very

different type and a more challenging course. And variety in golf courses

is what we do appreciate
