PowerPoint Presentation

Titling Firstly the titling of this poster is in capitals suggesting that the girl that has gone has importance to the film.It is in dark blue in order to stand out further more against the light blue background in order for the viewer to focus on it The titling ins placed behind a cloud giving the poster a 3d feel, but also suggests something about the storyline of the film, almost a the girl thats gone is also hiding behind something The tagline Is less bold and obvious to the audience however uses a clever saying in which is incomplete leaving every viewer of this magazine completing it for themselves

Composition and framing The composition and framing shows a long shot of a man placed in the lower middle of the poster in order for the main focus to be on him against the rest of the empty space of the simple background consisting of just the sky.The man is presented looking to the side a if he is looking for the girl thats gone suggesting more of the storyline to the audience Another photo of closeup of eyes is overlapped over the phot and is present at the top of the poster of the girls eyes. Connoting that the girl may be watching him in some way whether he is alive or dead.

Coloring and lighting Just like the magazine cover of gone girl the poster also uses icy blue colour of mainly blue and grey in order to portray a cold and isolated atmosphere, almost as if the man is all alone within the search of his wife The only dark element within the poster is the far, far background, the man figure in the middle. Showing that these are three important elements within the actual film as they are also significant within the poster, as he is the main character that was supposedly closest to the grl gone missing, the titling of the film as the girl thats actually gone missing is important and the far background as somewhere the missing girl is out there.

Credit line and actors names

The credit line is presented at the bottom of the poster, within a off white colour which includes all the actors and producers names the date in which the film is also with in this and is presented bolder and larger than the rest in order for the audience to focus on the date

the actors name is at the top of the poster in capitals once again to show that they are the two min character and are important within the film
