The music and visuals are in time; the beat of the song is upbeat and has some parts slower and then other parts which build up to this faster chorus. Things like the party scenes are slowed down a little to make sure they are in time and have a great affect as you can really see both the artists expressions but more of the lyrics linking to visuals as well.
