STEP #1 - BUILDING AN AUDIENCE 2
Once logged into your AdWords account, select Audiences on the left hand navigation under Shared Library
From here you can access your remarketing tag and lists.
If you have not utilized remarketing before, you will need to create an All Visitors tag and implement it on all pages of your domain.

Select Set up remarketing and AdWords will email you a Google AdWords remarketing tag.
STEP #2 - CREATE A CAMPAIGN 4
Create a new Remarketing campaign to store your custom ads specifically tailored to drive return visitors of your site.
STEP #3 - SELECT A REMARKETING LIST 5
Create your first ad group, set a default bid, and select the remarketing list you wish to target.
In Shared Library > Audiences, you can create separate rule-based lists that will segment visitors depending on the specific pages they viewed.
STEP #4 - CREATE OR UPLOAD ADS 6
Create text or image ads that are specifically designed to entice previous visitors who may already know about your brand.
You can also build new image ads in AdWords using the Display ad builder tool.

If you have your own image ads to upload, be sure they meet the AdWords image size specifications:
Acceptable file formats are: .GIF, .JPG, .JPEG, .PNG, .SWF
Files must be less than 150KB in size.
