successful quotationer shall have to execute the supplies immediately or within 10 days, from the date of issue of

formal orderwith them being a matter of urgent local purchase due to non receipt of items from the JKMSCL'

The quoter has to submit the name of company/manufacturer on the quotation of the drug to be supplied

atongwith the authority letter of being the authorized dealer of the manufacturer /company.

The Analytical report ofthe drug should be attached with the supplies and the shelf life ofthe drug should be atleast one

yezr or r/^ of life whichever is more.

The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject quotation or a thereof, without any reason

thereof. Any dispute, if arises, shall be subject to the Jammu j
