Grading and Rule Table

1. Go to menu Piece-> Create a piece-> Rectangle2. Minimize screen.

3. Open Gerber LaunchPad -> Open Grade Rule Editor

4. Fill the following information in the “Rule Table”

5. Go to menu File-> Save (Name it, “ADM4307testing rule”). Then, minimize screen.

6. Go back to Pattern Design (PDS) 7. Go to menu Grade-> Assign Rule Table, then select the piece to assign rule table. 8. When you see the following pop-up menu, select ADM4307testing rule

9. Right mouse click to see pop menu

10. Select Edit point info 11. Select a point in the corner. 12. Assign each grade rule number

like the next picture. (numbers 1 through 4)

13. Then, Go to menu View-> Grade-> Show all sizes 14. Select piece. Then you should be able to see all sizes like next picture.

15. Save piece. Save model. How to Add Seam 1. Go to menu Piece-> Seam-> Define/Add Seam 2. Select each piece parameter line. Then, OK.

Enter seam amount. OK.

3. Go to menu Piece-> Seam-> Swap Saw/Cut 4. Then, select the piece.

How to Import Patterns1. Go to Gerber LaunchPad. Open AccuMark Explorer 2. Select your folder. Go to menu File-> Import file.

How to Create Marker1. Go to Gerber LaunchPad. Marker creation.

2. Select Lay Limit Editor 3. Fill the following default information. Save it.

4. Go to Gerber LaunchPad -> Open Annotation

5. Fill the next default Annotation.

6. Save file (ADM4307 annotation)

7. Assign Fabric and Number of Pieces to Cut • Open your model in the Model Editor. • Fill the following information • Then, Save.

7. Go to Gerber LaunchPad. -> Open Order Editor.

8. Fill the following information. If you do not have Marker, Name the marker, “ADM4307 Marker1”

9. Go to next tap Model. Then find the model name by right mouse click. Fill out the following information. Then, Save.

10. Go to LaunchPad. Open Order process. 11. Find the Order name. Then, click green arrow to process order.

12. Once you see “ Success”, then Go to Gerber LaunchPad->Marker Making.13. Open file name that you given for the maker order (e.g. ADM4307 Marker1)
