Jean-Pascal Navarro discovers the soaking in the demijohn, a technique that is normallyfound in the Roussillon areafor the Banyul wines.
“Cuvée du Pressoir Romain”Mediterranean wine. Ruby colour. Fresh red fruits(blackcurrant, strawberry,redcurrant). Soft attack,smooth extracts, a touch of spices, musk and freshleather. A wine that can beappreciated young thanks to the soft tannins.Can be stored for 8 to 10 years. 12€ for a bottle of 0.75L.
