Fix the board on the keel with self tapping screws, followed by putting joint mixture to seal the gap. If used

in moist environment, such as bath room, waterproofing should be reinforced.

contrast, when in touch with water many other boards will be damaged and

decayed because of their interior structure destruction. Fiber cement board

even can be used as complete waterproofing material. In an experiment, a

water tank made of fiber cement board was filled with 200kg water, and lasted

for 120 days without leakage. It’s waterproof performance was also proved by

CN313777 test. When used as wall material in bathroom construction, it is

suggested that after waterproofing treatment, seal all openings and fill in

water 100 centimeters in depth. Leave the water for 30 days to confirm

waterproof performance before renovation to avoid any leakage in the future.

the board is less than 8mm, it is suggested to carry two boards in

one time.

<3> Storage

* Make sure that the bottom is plain, the height of each pile is

less than 1000mm and the storage height is less than 3000mm.

* Boards vertically placed should not be scattered, pile them in

an orderly way by specifications and type.

* The storage place shall be dry without any water leak or penetration to ensure the excellent

performance of the boards.

Installation Instructions:

<1> Processing

Fiberglass Magnesium Boards can be cut manually with common flady saws or handsaws.

They can also be cut and shaped by electric circular dentate saws or curvilinear saws. If board thickness is

less than 10mm, a cutting blade can be used.

* Drill-holes or Square-holes on the board can be made by Electri-drill or other hole makers with

distance not less than 10mm from the edge.

<2> Gap Filling

* Apply adequate filling materials into the gap about 3mm in width.

* Use a 50mm drawknife to bury punched-tapes into the gap. Seal the surface completely by filling

materials.

* Sand the joint surface gently after the joint filler is completely cured/dried. Apply a second layer filling

materials with a 200mm drawknife.

* Sand the joint surface gently again after the joint filler is completely cure/dried. The wall panel is now

ready for plaster or paint according to the specified surface requirements.

Foam Cement Wallboard is sandwiched by two facing boards and filled with polystyrene

concrete in the core layer. The facing board is the Fiber Cement Board or Fiberglass Magnesium Board

developed with our own technology with outstanding advantages such as high-strength, fireproof,

damp-proof, anti-shock and pollution-free. The core layer made of polystyrene concrete heavily reduces the

weight and enables the panel to form multi-arched structures and have high flexural strength and

compressive resistance. The groove and tongue structure helps to build a strong and stable structure in one

piece. The industrialized production helps shorten the construction period and enhance the installation

efficiency, also the panel is nice decoration and easy for installing pipings. Since the wallboard is light and

thin, it really reduces the loads of the foundation, beams and columns and thus lowers the construction cost

and increase the usable area. No coat plastering is required for the smooth facing board and the construction

non-flammability has reached A Grade standard as per

GB8624-1997 under the tests run by the National Center for

Testing of Fire Building Materials. It can be applied as fire-proof

walls in steel-structured or concrete-structured industrial and

civil constructions such as theatres, shops, factories and

warehouses, or fire-proof coating for steel-structure beams and

columns, or fire-proof encloses for gas duct sealing and elevator

shaft, etc.

compound structure. The cement fiber facing board also has high

strength and excellent tensile and shear resistance. The panel is

pre-fabricated and the in-between of panels are connected with

re-bars. The groove and toungue ends are connected with

high-strength polymeric anti-crack mortar and makes the

anti-shock performance 1.5 times stronger than that of common

brick walls. The entire strength will be highly enhanced after

combining with steel structure framework anchoring fixation. The installation is of high efficiency and

avoids the pouring and curing process of concrete beams and columns. It has outstanding anti-seismic

performance applying in building extra-high and wide-spanned walls and meets the National Standard

Installation Instruction:

1. Board movement： To avoid over bended, single person carry is prohibit.

2. Line drawing： Draw up and down double lines upon board’s thickness on axis of wall. To keep the partition wall straight, base line should be vertical to the base line of girder / board bottom.

3. Mount fixer： On base of median, mount a angle iron fixer (l=200mm, 25x25x3) under girder / board bottom after each two wallboards.

4. Saw the wallboard： Saw the wallboard with electrical saw according to wall size.

5. Plastering: First plaster one cement paste on edge joint of two wallboards, then plaster polymer mortar on any edge joint of one wallboard.

6. Fix： Fix the wallboard with Ø6 or Ø8mm steel rod with building glue.

7. Flat & vertical correction: Flat & vertical correction with 2m or above long ruler.

8. Grouting, refill slurry: Grout and slick the wall gap, full fill the big gap up & down with cement.

9. Wire & switch installation: Line the position for wires & switches, cut groove with hand-saw. Grout & slick with polymer mortar after installation.

10. Paste crack tap: Paste crack tap with glue on all joint gaps after all walboards jointed.

11. Paint or Paste wallpaper: After wall installation, puttying and paint or paste wallpaper, no need plastering.

Wood pattern cement board can be fixed on wood keel with steel nails, or be fixed on steel

keel with self-tapping screws. The keel is fixed onto the wall with anchors. Cross-section width of the

keel should be less than 50mm, and central distance between keels should be less than 600mm.

Each board should cross three keels. If there are just two keels for supporting the board, the

distance of them should be less than 400mm.

If the wall is very flat, the board can be fixed onto the wall directly, such as flat brick wall and the

walls which are smoothed out with mortars. See chart 3.

Construction Method:

1. Clean the floor and ensure the floor plain, dry and without oil

stain;

2. Setup the layout program, draw lines and set positioner,

then mount the keel. Distance between keels should be less than

400mm; leveling while place keels and tolerance should be less

than 1mm. Fix the keels with M6 expansion bolts, distance between

bolts should be more than 300mm and fill waterproof construction

glue on the contact floor to keep keels stable.

3. Place floor tiles: Fix the first floor tile according to drawing lines, mount it to keel with flat self-tapping

screw on female slot of the floor tile; the screw should be plain with floor tile; the second floor tile should be

inserted into the female slot of first floor tile and left 1mm dilatation joint.

4. Ending treatment: When floor tiles are placed to the last piece, fix it from surface with 4x40mm flat

self-tapping screws; ending with 30x12 wooden bar horizontal placed and fix it on the base keel with

4x40mm flat self-tapping screws.

5. Clean the floor when everything is finished.

Caution to use RYMAXTM Outdoor Floor Tiles:

It’s easy to clean the floor tiles, just wiping with a wet dishcloth or mop. When in use, in order to protect

floor surface, please avoid impact from heavy, sharp & hard material, and prevent attrition of heavy & sharp

metal, glass & ceramic piece. When partial replacement, it's recommended to use the same model to keep

fool tiles in same color.

Process Methods:

1. Cutting

Use the NT knife to line the top and bottom surface of the

board couple times during cutting by the stone saw or

electric cutting machine. Separate outwards the decorative

/ top surface and grind smoothly the rupture side.

2. Holes opening

Use the electric driller to drill the

Attentions to storage and Carriage

Make sure of the leveling handle of the board during installation, carriage and storage. Store at the

Gap Filler is made by high-quality raw materials with the formula from USA and production

technology from EU. It was developed according to different environment requirements and it carries the

features of stable, easy-use, environment-friendly.

Features:

1. No need punch tape and self-adhesive tape, easy and quick construction. (It will be better if

self-adhesive tape is used.)

2. Strong adhesive force, effectively avoid gap craze & layer separation of boards.

3. “Green” gap filling materials, no harm to human health.

Construction Method:

1. Clean the gap, it will be better to brush white latex once after that.

2. Stir before use, if the gap is less than 2~3mm, extend the gap with tool and then fill the filler up

to the Light Steel Keel, fully cover the surface.

3. After the filler fully dry (about 18hours), plain the board surface.

Caution:

1. The filler dries slow, multi-filling is not allowed in order to keep the coagulation effect.

2. Only after 18 hours fully dry, next step can be processed.

3. Don’t mix with the other materials (e.g. Gypsum powder, talcum powder, etc.)

4. Seal storage for unused filler.

5. If it had dried up after long time storage, fill about 1cm height water, stir with suitable tool when

it return soft after soak, it can be used again after well distributed.

Installation methods:

1. Flat lay: Use “^” type aluminum frame as supporter. First fix the keels steady and flat; with the

frames of keels, flatly lie the soft packs on keels, soft packs will be supported by the keels. This

installation method is simple construction and easy installation; the “^” type aluminum keel is the

supporter and also the seal joint.

2. Concealed keel suspension system: Under this method the soft pack is lay on surface of the

suspension system with concealed keel; there is a “Λ” type section or special shapes. Installation

steps: Suspend the keels flatly, groove the softpack around and then insert the keel into the

groove; the keel will hold the softpack steady.

3. Stick method:

<1> Compound flat stick method: The structure is keel + gypsum board + softpack. Fix the

gypsum boards on the light steel keels, mount the softpacks on gypsum boards with special

coating pins.

<2> Compound insert-stick method: The structure is keel + gypsum board + softpack. Fix the

gypsum boards on the light steel keels; stick several adhesive tap on back of softpack and

then paste flatly on the gypsum boards; mount the nail on tenon of softpack; align the

pattern and join the softpacks with plugins.

The gypsum board base should be very flat for Stick Installation Method, or slab ends, out of

flatness will be caused. While sticking, 874 construction adhesive can be used.

Decorative PVC Foam Board is a kind of sandwich board. The core is PVC Foam Board(Celuka,

Rigid or Free foam board). Both faces are finished with PVC film, HPL (High pressure laminate), Acrylic or
