Fundraising Opportunities

2019-2020 Season

GAHA Fundraising:

In order to keep our registration fees amongst the lowest in the state, GAHA requires families to

perform some fundraising to help supplement costs.

Fundraising Requirements

GAHA families with one player are required to raise at least $350 through GAHA fundraisers.

Families with 2 or more players are required to raise at least $550 through GAHA fundraisers. GAHA

uses the DIBS portion of the website to help you track where you’re at with fundraising.

Fundraising packets will also be available on the website.

2019 – 2020 Hockey Fundraising Opportunities

1. Wreath Sales – Forms in packet ➢ Sale Dates: now – 11/10/19 ➢ Orders & Payment Due by 5pm on Sunday, November 10th! Place orders in a sealed

envelope with players name listed in the GAHA lockbox. ➢ Wreaths will be delivered on 11/25/19 or 11/27/19 (stay tuned). Pick up from arena

between 4:00 – 6:00pm.

2. Area Youth Activities Coupon Books - Coming soon ➢ Sale Dates: Books will be available for pick up at arena starting on 10/24 from 5:00 –

7:30pm ➢ Payment Due upon receipt of Coupon Book ➢ Coupon Books are $25 each with half going towards your players fundraising goal.

3. Fancloth (Greenway apparel) – Sales Guides will be available at arena by 10/21/19 ➢ Sale Dates: Monday, 10/21/19 - 11/10/19

➢ Orders & Payment Due online upon purchase. Orders must be placed by midnight on

Sunday, November 10th.

➢ Apparel will be delivered to the arena at a date to be arranged, prior to Christmas.

4. Pizza Sales – Forms in packet ➢ Sale Dates: Monday, 1/6/20 – 1/20/20

➢ Orders & Payment Due by 5pm on Sunday, January 19th! Place orders in a sealed

envelope with players name listed in the GAHA lockbox.

➢ Pizzas will be delivered on 2/6/19. Pick up from arena between 4:00 – 6:00pm.

5. Raffle Tickets – Coming in January
