BRRR! It is definitely safe to say that winter is here to stay, at least for a little while. This is an exciting time of year with the onset of snowy

days, winter activities, and holiday traditions! We are looking forward to

celebrating this chilly season with the children and have many fun

activities planned including crafts, baking activities, science projects, new

gym games, hot chocolate parties, and much, much more! Our focus this

season will be on staying happy and healthy throughout the year.

In this newsletter, you will find important program information and

reminders. We have also included a schedule of upcoming family-friendly

events and activities within the Omaha area as well as our schedule for

the upcoming winter break consolidation days.

We are so grateful for each one of our

    All Star Kids families!

We wish you a safe and fun winter season!

  • Be sure to report all absences from afternoon program by calling your designated site phone. All

messages are checked prior to the children arriving to program, therefore leaving a voicemail or a text

from program on a reoccurring basis may result in removal from the All Star Kids program.

Please be sure to sign your child in & out every morning and afternoon that your child attends. Failure

to do so may result in removal from the All Star Kids program.

If you are in need of care on a consolidation day, please be sure to enroll your child by the deadline

listed for each date. Late enrollments and walk-ins will not be accepted, no exceptions.

Our program closes at 6:00pm each day. A late fee of $6 per fifteen minutes per child will be assessed

to your account beginning at 6:01pm.

The All Star Kids program operates on an annual fee schedule that is broken down into equal biweekly

deductions, therefore your tuition amount will never change unless a snow day has occurred (your

account will be credited) or your child has attended a consolidation day (your account will be charged).

A sack lunch will need to be provided for all consolidation days that your child attends as well as on all

11:45am dismissal days as school does not serve lunch on these days.

Winter Parties will be held on

    Friday, December 19th!

    Friday, February 13th!

    When school is cancelled due

    to weather conditions,

All Star Kids will also be closed.

If a consolidation day is cancelled due to

weather conditions, you will be notified

via the text message alert system by

    9:00pm the night before.

Did you know? By enrolling your child in the All Star Kids program you are also supporting the Bennington School District!

Your Tuition In Action The All Star Kids program is a self-supporting project operated by

the Bennington Public Schools Foundation. All net proceeds from

benevolent programs within the Bennington Public School District
