PROVIDE THE PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF.

Section 1. The use of water ~upplicd by the Village of Grm~se Pointe 'Voodswater system between the houri! of 4:00 P. M. Rnd 8:00 P. M. Ellstern StandardTime (5:00 P.
