For four decades, she has reached segments disregarded by the fashion industry, designing clothes for women who dare to stand out from the crowd. For her many fans, the colourful, patterned and comfortable clothes symbolise the ultimate in freedom and artistic expression. This year, Gudrun Sjödén has specially designed a tunic named “Michelle” to tie in with International Women’s Day on 8 March. “International Women’s Day championswomen’s opportunities, equality and rights worldwide. For us, this has always been an important day. After all, our customers are socially aware women who care. Our vision is “More colour- ful women in the world” by which we mean that women should pursue their goals, realise their dreams and express their personality. We want to inspire and encourage women to achieve and be colourful.
