Make sure the lid is closed flat on ALL bins l Check your collection days on your annual calendar or visit the website hull.gov.uk l Mark your bins with your house name or number l Put your bins out by 7.00am on collection day with the handle facing towards the road l Return your bins to your property as soon as possible after they have been emptied l Please store your bins to the rear of your property where possible and not on the footpath l If your bin is missed, please contact us within 48 hours of your collection day l If you need more kitchen caddy liners, attach the tag at the end of the liner roll or tie a caddy liner to your brown bin handle on collection day. l Don't forget to bring your pass. If you forget it or move house, you can still use the HWRCs. Take ID with you such as a recent utility bill or driving licence

l HWRCs can only be used by Hull residents to dispose of their own household waste

l If you have a van or other commercial vehicle and wish to bring your own household waste, you will need to obtain a permit before you visit

HWRC Opening Hours: Open 10am - 5pm Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday

Closed Wednesday, Thursday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day

Open 10am - 4pm Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve
