    LETTER FROM THE

    EDITOR,

Saint Valentines Day,commonly known asValentines Day, or the Feast o

Saint Valentine, isobserved on February 14 eachyear . Usually wecelebrate this day by giving ouloved ones gis, that show homuch we really love and careor them. But what about theactual gi o love? A gi thatcan be shared with any personand especially ourselves.

o love unconditionally withcompassion - withoutboundaries or limits - is theultimate gi and act we cangive to others. But by doingthis small, thoughtul act weare also loving ourselves.

You, yourself, as much as any

    body in the entire

    universe, deserve your love an

    affection.

    The thought manifests as the

    word. The word manifests as

    the deed. The deed develops

    into habit. And the habit

    hardens into character. So

watch the thought and its way

with care. And let it spring

from love, born out of concern

    for all beings.

When was the last time you had to stop everything you weredoing to remind your lungs to breathe? Your heart to beat? Acut to heal? Noticing a theme? Te answer is never.

Our body is innately congured to do that or us withoutconscious thought. Tese actions are controlled by the nervoussystem - our master controller. As long as there is a lie orcefowing through our body, our nervous system is in the com-mand seat.

Our nervous system is made up o two main parts: thecentral nervous system (CNS) and the peripheral nervous sys-tem (PNS). Te CNS is comprised o the brain and spinal cord.Te PNS connects the CNS to the rest o the body via nerves.Tere we have our bodys switchboard circuit, i you will. Tis

is how your brain communicates with the rest o your body.So what happens when there is intererence with this commu-nication? What causes intererence and how do we know i itsthere?

Proper nerve supply is essential or lie and vitality! When thereis intererence in our central nervous system it is called asubluxation. Tese subluxations occur rom the day-to-daystresses our body endures to adapt and survive. Nowadays hu-mans have many stresses to deal with and quite chronically.

Physical, chemical and emotional stresses are absorbed by our

body and take their toll decreasing the ability o the brain tocommunicate with the body at its best via the nervous system.Tink o what you eat in a day - is it nutrient-dense or is itmostly sugary and processed? What about your posture? Doyou perorm repetitive movements daily? Are you sedentary? How oen are you thinking or hearing about negative ideas orissues in the world? Tose are just a ew stresses that the bodytakes in on a daily basis.

What have you done to help your body heal and oset thedamage done? How can you tell just how stressed your nervousystem is?

Unimpeded, the nervous system does exactly what is necessarto survive in its environment. In order to unction optimally, the body requires a balance o adequate rest, proper diet, regular exercise, positive thoughts, and o course, a clearbrain-body connection.

Te best way to check your nervous system and its unction isto have it assessed. Most state o the art chiropractic clinics hagreat technology to get a snapshot o exactly how your body isdealing with hidden body stresses.Te Insight Millennium technology, or instance, scans your

spine and nerves or deep changes.

A series o precision sensors can detect tiny changes withinyour muscles, joints, temperature controls and even your hearrhythms. Tis powerul technology then takes all the data romthese precise tests and calculates your spinal health score.

Tese tests take only a ew minutes to perorm and will calculate an overall score o your spinal health. Tey are designed tdetermine how well your spine and nerves are working togethIt is great to see this nervous system picture so you can takeappropriate measures to make sure you are ring on all

    cylinders!

Your body is programmed to survive and adapt in its environ-ment. When the nervous system is given the best uel and iswell cared we all have the ability to live our lives to the ullest.Get out there and live up to your potential!! xo

    Epigenetics:

    Scientific Breakthrough Backs Energy Healing!

    By Amber Colbear

FOR the last twenty years, ndependent scientists and researcheams have been working with analternative health therapy, which hasirthed a new science, hailed as

Epigenetics. While, not necessarily newn relative terms, Epigenetics has existed

under an umbrella o names, throughouthe ages. Such as, Reiki, Energy Healing,

EF (Emotional Freedom echniques)nd Shamanic Medicine.

Epigenetics literally means above theenes, which implies in itsel, mindver matter! So, your thoughts not onlyule your emotional reality as we oncehought, but they do in act; also createour physical reality. Tereore, we do not

maniest disease (dis-ease, akambalance) because o a deected or

damaged gene, but by an imbalance inur epigenome; it is our eld o thoughtshat crowns our body.

Tis is likely the biggest discovery sincehe existence o DNA. And much like Ja-obs ladder, the double helix o our DNA

has set the entire science community intospiraling renzy! Tis breakthrough

determines that our genes are likelasticine, which means we are literallyapable o remodeling ourselves at will.

No longer, are we stuck with the genetichand me downs rom our amily tree.

Te implications that this has on ourodies, our health and the uture o

humanity is truly quite staggering andxtremely exciting!

he big key in this breakthrough wasthat scientists discovered that the methylgroups that lie on top o our DNA, actlike on and o switches. When methylgroups adhere to the DNA, they inhibitthe genes response or expression;essentially they shut down the potentialo that particular gene or epigenome(cluster o genes).

Since your epigenome controls diseaseand your thoughts control yourepigenome, regardless o which ailmentsyou may suer, the cure truly is in your

hands. Tis breakthrough has nallyanswered the age-old question that hasboggled scientists or years; we nowknow why the placebo eect andspontaneous healing occur.

Author Dawson Church, (Te Genie inYour Genes: Epigenetic Medicine and theNew Biology o Intention report somevery impressive acts:

Meditating for 30 minutes a day

    canboost your mood more than

    anti-depressants.

    Elderly people who have up-

    beat attitudes have 23% lesser

    incidence o cardiovascular dis-

ease and 55% lower threat from

    all other causes.

    Patients recovering from heart

surgery who have a strongspiritual oundation and social

    support have a mortality rate

1/7th o those who do not.

All this leads to one conclusion, ourminds and consciousness hold the key

to healing. Mind your thoughts and ycontrol your body. Science has nallyanswered the age old question o enerhealing, since thoughts are energy!

More research is denitely needed toully explain and understand the ins aouts o energy healing rom a quantumphysics standpoint, but science has nconnected the dots between the bodyenergy eld, aka lie orce, prana, bio-rhythm, astral body, qi, the soul etc.

Remember, epigenetics means abovegenes, and the only thing above the gis your mind! Every choice you makewhat you do, say and how you react dtermines the health and physical limityour body.

DIDYOUKNOW? HIMALAYAN SALT: Part 2 Aid in nutrient absorption, regulate blood sugar levels, balance cellular pH, promote bone strength and support

    muscle function.

Himalayan salt gets rid of heavy metals, such as mercury, lead, calcium, arsenic and amalgam, that are often

trapped in the body by breaking up their molecular structures.

Supports healthy respiratory function and reduces chances of developing gall bladder and kidney stones.

Hey Angel, do you want me to bring your bottle lled with UxbridgeLiquid Crystal Love? Little did I know that this would be one o thelast text messages that I would receive rom my good riend MassimoRosati. At the time I didnt read much into his reerence o LiquidCrystal Love.

Prior to me meeting Massimo (loving reerred to by everyone as Mo)

in June 2012 I was approached by local Intuitive. She said to me youare going to be doing something with water. I said excuse me? Shesaid this water is going to help people to strengthen their aura andenergy eld or something like that. I was puzzled but thought OK,i its meant to happen it will and then I orgot about it. About sixmonths later, I was lead down a bizarre path o water related events. Iwas very conused and had so many questions. I had been introducedto Mo by e-mail through a riend, yet we had never met. I called himup and to make a long story short we ended up at a local spring thatsame day.

I will never orget that magical day. Te rst time I drank real livingSpring Water. As Mo very passionately, educated me about the value

o drinking Spring Water, a riend o his drove up beside us. We wereintroduced, had a ew sips o water and the next thing you know, meand his riend were doing yoga poses on the rocks and Mo was takingpictures o us. We were laughing, joking and time didnt seem to exist.Te three o us became good riends rom that point on. And so myourney with Spring Water began.

I am ashamed to admit it to people but prior to drinking Spring WaterI drank distilled water or over twenty years. Mo would always say tome I cant believe you drank dead water or that long. How do youlook so good? Fortunately or me, I had youth on my side and at leastI hadnt been drinking some o the harmul chemicals ound in tapwater. When I learned about the impact o mineral decient water I

was grateul that I had never broken any bones or experienced toothdecay.

Usually, what people mean when they use this term is that the waterhas very little, i any, lie-orce energy. Dead water is actually a nau-tical term or a phenomenon that occurs when a layer o resh watersits on top o denser salt water without the two waters mixing. Whenthis happens, the ships propellers can slow down almost to a stop. Tepropellers make waves and turbulence between the two layers o waterwhich can result in a 20% decrease in the ships speed. Tat made senseto me because the dead water with no lie-orce robs our body andbones o precious minerals and in-turn slows us down. Te lie orce o

the water is killed when we manipulate it with our man made contrap-tions and chemicals. Te sad part is we only do this because the wateris dirty and we made it that way.

As I reviewed my last ew text messages rom Mo I was curious as towhy he reerred to the water as Liquid Crystal. Ken Rohla, the authoro Beyond Raw Foods, oers up a good explanation. All soil on earth,on the surace o the earth everywhere is covered with soil and rock, its crystal. All soil is crystal. It can be large or it can be small chunksbut its all crystalline. And i you know about crystals, they have realenergy in them. Not some kind o new-age-woo-energy, they have realelectrical energy in them. Crystals are resonators o energy, they areampliers o energy its quantum physics, and you can do real,

    practical things with it.

Tere are tons and tons and tons o things being done with crys-tals in science. So natures crystallography is in the soil! And thesecrystals pick up energy rom the sun! Teyre picking up all kinds photon-energy and turning it into all kinds o other energy, and thimparting it into the water that is fowing down through the soil apicking up the Ormus minerals

Te thing that has amazed me the most about this magical water

is how it lis peoples spirits. I have taken many people to varioussprings. I always watch how their energy changes aer they drinkright rom the spring. Tey start giggling and laughing hystericallcan eel their heart chakra opening. Being a Reiki Master I am alwtapping into and eeling energy. Some have described their experiwith the water as a buzzing eeling or they eel vibrations in their bOnce I served the water at a workshop that I was acilitating. I tolgroup it was Spring Water and that is all. Within a ew minutes thewere laughing up a storm. One woman exclaimed sarcastically mbe its the water! And everyone else laughed. I said no really, it i

Our physical bodies are made up o mostly water. We are taught thimportance o drinking 8 glasses o water a day. But can water rmake you eel that good? Can it cause you to vibrate or eel incredalive? Open your heart chakra and make you laugh?

I am only sharing my experience. I will leave it with you to decideyoursel i the lie-orce o Spring Water is real or you. I am not w

versed in the Bible however during my research I noticed that TeBible and water are very much connected. Water is mentioned 722times in the scriptures. John 4:14 states But whoever drinks o thter that I will give him will never be thirsty again. Te water that Igive him will become in him a spring o water welling up to eternalie. Gen 1:2 states Te earth was ormless and empty, and darkncovered the deep waters. And the Spirit o God was hovering over

surace o the waters. Are you sensing any connections here? I coprobably write a whole book about how water and spirituality areconnected but that is a project or another time!

Aer Mos passing two months ago I knew that someone would neto carry the water torch. I honestly eel that his soul lined me upor the assignment. We only knew each other or a short period otime but the universe brought us together so that his legacy and wcould continue on in the physical world. I dont know nearly as mas he did about water (all the technical and science based acts) buI do share the same passion or Spring Water and educating that hdid. You can watch a number o Mos videos on the You ube chanJow69 and on fndaspring.com where you can also nd out ab

    the springs in your area.

Hey Angel, do you want me to bring your bottle lled with UxbriLiquid Crystal Love? Liquid being water, Crystal meaning crystalized or magically charged by the earth and Love meaning pure liorce energy given to us by our creator.
