    OTIONS AREARNED RESPONSES

y Ive been thinking quite a bitut emotions and how they maye to (or limit) the practice offul living. Maybe its because

y Ive been running into individualseemcompletelydriven by one singletion - whether it beanger, or insecurity -they cannot seem tomove forward.ious cycle in my opinion that feeds on itself,

e the more helpless and debilitating thatic emotion becomes, the more they cling to it.

g to untangle the complicated yarn which is ourtional reality is no easy feat. One could attempt

ompile a neat catalogue of good and bad emotions, any philosophers (the stoics for example), and morently motivational speakers have attempted, but tosounds like sheer madness.

I ran into this post from one of my favourites: HUMANITY OF NEW YORK,and it became clear to me thataps I was asking the wrong question.

HATS YOUR STYLE?oscience and psychology may provide a useful tool in tryingake sense of emotions, where they come from, and howconnect with other brain functions including instinct andgence.

bout asking the wrong question: What if we were to shift ouring from the what (or identity) to the how (or quality) oftions? What if instead of looking at categories of emotionals, we were to look at modalities of emotional states?

ARD DAVIDSON, PROFESSOR OF PSYCHOLOGY ANDCHIATRY AT THE UNIVERSITY OF WISCONSIN-MADISON,TIFIES SIX EMOTIONAL STYLES WHICH DETERMINE THE WE RESPOND (OR REACT) TO SPECIFIC SITUATIONS. THEY

RESILIENCE: Simply put, the ability to recover fromersity. It is determined by signals between the frontal cortexthe amygdala

OUTLOOK:The ability to sustain a positive emotionalpoint. This is determined the levels of activity in theral Striatum (key part of the brain integral to our capacity

    elf-renewal).

OCIAL INTUITION:The ability to interpret social cues.shaped by the interplay between the amygdala and

    orm regions.

ELF-AWARENESS:This one seems like an easy one, butct its a tricky one. Self-awareness refers to the ability totify and interpret the physical signals that reect emotion.awareness is determined by the ability of the insula topret signals from the body and organs. Ask yourself, howare you able to perceive the physical sensations inbody that signal emotions at this very moment?

PROFOUND WISDOM OF THE CAPTION:YOU CANNOT LET YOURSELF GET TOOUP OR TOO DOWN BASED ON YOUR

CIRCUMSTANCES [] YOU SHOULD NOTREACT TO THE WORLD. YOU SHOULD

RESPOND, BUT NOT REACT. A RESPONSEIS AN ACTION BASED ON LOGIC. AREACTION IS AN EMOTIONAL STATE.YOUR REACTION WILL NOT CHANGETHE WORLD. YOUR REACTION ONLY

CHANGES YOU. YOUR RESPONSE WILLCHANGE THE WORLD.

    5. SENSITIVITY TO CONTEXT:The ability to regulate responsesbased on context of a specicsituation. This is determined in latepart by activity in your hippocampus.

    6. ATTENTION:Sharpness andclarity of focus. This is regulated bythe prefrontal cortex.

MORE LIKELY THAN NOT YOUR EMOTIONAL STYLEIS A COMBINATION OF A COUPLE (OR ALL SIX) OF

THESE MODALITIES. WHILE TO A CERTAIN EXTENTTHESE EMOTIONAL STYLES ARE IN PART GENETIC, OR

LEARNED AT AN EARLY AGE, THEY CAN CHANGE.ONE OF THE THINGS THAT NEUROLOGY HAS BEENABLE TO ASCERTAIN, IS THAT THE BRAIN IS MORE

    FLEXIBLE THAN PREVIOUSLY THOUGHT.

SO, AS PROMISED HERE IS ADIY PRIMER OF SORTS:

1.TRAINING FOR RESILIENCEJust engaging in regular mindful meditation or yoga.Anything that focuses your mind on breathing and thesensations in your body will enhance resilience.

2.TRAINING FOR OUTLOOKSomething as simple as surrounding yourself withpositive afrmation and mementos from happymoments in your life may do the trick. Post them onyour fridge, your work station, your bathroom mirror, whatever works. Express gratitude by thanking people,and/or keeping a gratitude journal. Besides, gratitudeis good for your health.

    3. TRAINING FOR SOCIAL INTUITIONBecome adept at interpreting body language and/or tone of voice and how they relate to differentemotional states.

    4. TRAINING FOR SELF-AWARENESSPractice toning in to your body and determine how youfeel and where those feelings originate. Try to do thisin a non-critical, non-judgmental way. Self-awarenessshouldnt make you miserable.

5.TRAINING FOR SENSITIVITY TO CONTEXTBecome aware of events, words, or behaviours thattrigger disproportionate responses, and consider whythat is. If you lose your cool and the sheer mention (orappearance) of a family member, and you feel drivento stuff a napkin frown their throat it is likely that yourinitial instinct may not be proportionate to the situation.Consciously (and emotionally) distance yourself fromthat initial impetus, and focus your attention on betterways to cope with this. Think about your behaviour in

such situations, meditating and/or breathing deeplyuntil you feel more relaxed, and count to ten beforedoing anything.

    6. TRAINING FOR ATTENTIONSpend ten minutes a day sitting in a quiet room, andfocus on one object, refocusing when your attentionwanders.

It is time to examine our dreams andplan while we look for the most fertile methods that will aidin growing our dreams. This is the time to plan our course, to look at our options, andto plan how best to work toward our dreams and goals. This isthe season of mapping our possibilities, and contingencies. This isnt about big changes or big movement, not yet. Thisis a time to plan how best to encourage our desires withinthe fertile ground of our spirit. We look for the simple stepsthat will spur our dreams and desires forward. As with all seeds, not all will germinate. Those that do canand will become the stuff that inspires us throughout our life.We may have seen our end goal but we must rememberthat the end is not our beginning. Each new spring givesus the opportunity to plant anew, to move forward in

our life path and to celebrate as our spirit embraces theopportunities that abound.

MONTHLY MEDITATIONTake three deep breaths, feel your body relax with each gently exhaled breath.Imagine a column of white light surrounding and protecting you as you journeyinward toward your heart. Once within your heart imagine a door openingBeyond the door are fallow elds, and barren trees. Yet this landscape is nota lifeless as it would seem. The sun and gentle breezes carry a hint of warmth, the warmth that is growing and stirring life into being. The small birds that havestayed through the Winter chorus a song that buoys the spirit and a new song

joins with them as the rst robins of the year return to sing their herald to Spring.Even a closer look at the trees shows the rst signs of returning life as the rst tinybuds appear. The fallow elds are not barren either as the rst Spring owersof crocus, iris, tulips and more have broken through the hard grasp of winter.

In the distance is an inviting, warm cottage and you walk toward it. Inside are chases the last of winters chill from your body. A woman is tending to seedsand pots spread out along the table. Her warm smile melts any remain chill inyour spirit. She is the one who tends your inner garden and all of these seeds, strewn across the table, were born from your ights of fancy. She hands youthe seeds of thought that have stayed with you the longest in those imaginings. They have been warmed by Her gentle touch and are ready for planting. Hergentle touch warms the earth and as you begin to plant your dream seeds

Her voice gently reminds you of the possibility that each of these seeds hold.Within the warm, moist ground, the seed is protected and begins the processof growth that will bring it into being as the year itself moves forward. Withthe sowing done she takes your hand and reminds you that this is only thebeginning, and that you have everything you need to make this a reality. Shesays that she will tend to these seeds as you begin the outward process toallow them to become part of your outward life. You leave the cottage with arenewed vigor and bounce to your step.Return to the waking world knowing that you have taken the rst, vital steps tobecoming and having your dreams come true.

TO GET YOU OFF TO A GREATSTART HERE IS SOME FOOD

FOR THOUGHT:WHY DO YOU EAT?Now at rst glance the answer to thatquestion seems painfully obvious, but I wantyou to dig deeper. Youre probably thinkingthat you eat when your body is hungry to getthe energy you need to sustain life. And youre partially right, but thats not theonly reason that you eat.

The truth is that you (along with almosteveryone you know) eat too much.Your body simply doesnt need all of thecalories that you consume, and it showsin a physique that is less than svelte. If weonly ate to fuel our bodies then wedall have washboard abs. And thatsclearly not the case, right?

BELOW I WILL EXPLAIN THEFOUR BASIC REASONSWHY YOU EAT.

BECAUSE YOURE HUNGRYThis one is obvious. You eat when yourbody tells you that its hungry and inneed of fuel. Just like your car lets youknow when its time to head over to

the gas station for a ll up, your bodyis great at letting you know that energystores are low. Eating when you arehungry and stopping when you arefull is a healthy thing.

BECAUSE YOURE EMOTIONALThe truth is that you also eat when you are emotional. Can you remember a time when you turned to food aftera stressful confrontation? TIPS TO ZAPTHOSE ZITSCLEAR SKIN CAN BE YOURS

my destiny was set when I was born, or so it seemed.en my mom looked upon my little new born face, tohorror she saw pimples on my chin. Now every motherks her newborn is a beauty, and although she says I was, couldnt help but focus on those little pimples. You see,had suffered with rosacea for years and dreamed of ar complexion for her daughter. Well, it seemed that her

am would come true, for a while.

ng my teens I barely had a pimple. I never even thoughtut my complexion, while many of my friends struggledteenage acne, I barely had a zit. Then suddenly in my

y 20s I developed adult acne. It just seemed to appearof nowhere. Now my acne was not severe, but it madeself conscious and it like everyone was staring at my

    mishes.

forward, 20 years. Yes, it took me that long to guret. Turns out I had food allergies. The underlying causey adult acne was a food allergy to gluten, dairy, corn

chocolate. This caused an overgrowth of yeast in myem and lead to many health conditions such as chronicdder, sinus and yeast infections.

ent loads of money on cleaners and creams, with thee I would wake up one day with blemish free skin. Yout need to wait, clear skin can by yours today.

r using the 5 tips (beside), I have returned to the glowingof my youth, albeit with a few more laugh lines. If Ilge in the foods that I am allergic to, the acne returnsthis helps me stay the course. Is your food healing or

ming you? The solution to clear skin is not in a bottle; itsour refrigerator. You are what you eat, so what are young in your body?

    GUSTOMAGAZINE.CA

HERE ARE 5TIPS FOR CLEAR SKIN:1. Determine if you have food allergies, the top foodallergens are wheat, dairy, corn, citrus, eggs andchocolate. Try an elimination diet and see if your acneimproves.

    2. Dairy is often an allergy that aggravates acne. The Nurses Health II study was established in 1989 andfollowed 47,000 women. The women were asked aboutdaily consumption of dairy when they were teens, particularly about the milk they drank. They discoveredthat women, who drank more than three (3) servings ofmilk per day, were 22% more likely to have to severe acneas teenagers. Those that drank skim milk were 44% morelikely to have had severe acne as teenagers. This studywas conducted in the United States, where they do notban hormones and antibiotic use in diary cows, as theycurrently do in Canada. Although products that are

manufactured in the US are still imported into Canada.3.Give up the processed foods. Yes, thats right, no moreeating food with ingredients that cant be pronounced. If it has a health claim or comes from a box, dont eatit. Opt for whole foods instead, such as fruits, veggiesand whole grains. These are packed with inammationghting ingredients and antioxidants. As Michael Pollansays, dont eat anything incapable of rotting.

4.Cut out the processed sugar and high glycemic loadfoods. These spike your blood sugar and drive up insulin, which contributes to acne. Time to eliminate the renedcarbohydrates such as breads, mufns, crackers, cookies, pancakes (just to name a few). I know when I eatprocessed sugar it causes my Candida to are up, (sugaris fuel for Candida) and out pop the blemishes.

5.Consume Omega 3 fatty acids in, foods such as wildsalmon, ground ax seed, chia seed, hemp seed or oil, walnuts. These help to reduce inammation. I toss hemphearts and/or ground ax seeds and walnuts on mymorning gluten free porridge or in my smoothie.

It may be true that there is a lack of formal research provingthat gluten is bad for non-Celiac individuals, but who would

fund this research? I have been able to help so manypatients by identifying if it was necessary, and getting themto remove gluten from their diet.

One thing that grinds my gears is how their symptoms goaway, they tell their Doctor and their Doctor wants totest them for Celiac. In order to do this, the patient has tostart consuming gluten for a couple of weeks and thenhave a biopsy taken from their small intestine, along withother immunological blood tests. If the patient decides tosacrice their health and follow through with the testing, only rarely, do they actually test positive.

Does this mean they arent sensitive to gluten or does itmean that the testing is not adequate or necessary? Whydo we need to do these tests when the patients symptomsare gone? I like to look at it this way maybe its not ourbodys fault but instead its glutens fault.

Instead of trying to test our body to see how were reactingto it, we have to realize that gluten is just that jerk thatnobody gets along with. If you have a coworker who youcant stand, youre not going to test positive to a bloodtest, proving you dont like them. Theyre just inammatoryand arent worthy of being a part of your life.

If youre at a party and some YOLO-barking bro is there, your group of friends doesnt have a physiological sensitivityto him, hes just an overall nuisance. Gluten is that bro thatno one wants to be around and once he penetrates yourboundaries, hes going to cause problems in all shapes andsizes. Bad News!

To say yes to everything that arises and simultaneously to stayin a questioning mind. Its always important to be gentle withourselves and trust we are exactly where we are meant to beas we open to the new.

My own personal experience that might help clarify this a little. My intention was to continue expanding the work I offer and tomove to a location I thought would be conducive and open tothis. I felt (and thought) I was pretty clear about the direction Iwas headed and where I wanted to live. Life, however, startedsteering me in a different direction and opened up a path thatI felt was imperative to follow. Initially, I was pretty resistant asI had all kinds of opinions about the community and how thepeople there would not be receptive to the kind of work thatI do.

I believed it would be a bad t as I viewed this city as quiteconservative and full of people who held quite different valuesthan me. I had no idea how this could possibly work. I knewhowever that it was a move that I had to make. I have learnedenough to also know that if I carry negative ideas aboutsomething there is very little chance of manifestation occurringin that particular direction. I decided then to begin challenging

myself to create new beliefs and nd other

evidence to the contrary of my currentbelief system. I started paying muchcloser attention to any and all thoughts, recording them in my journal and talkingwith others. I soon began to realize that Iheld some pretty solid stories that kept meprotected from old experiences of beingjudged, ridiculed or rejected.

I then chose to view all these thoughtsas stories I constructed over time to keepme safe in the world. I was able to seevery quickly that these stories did a veryne job indeed of creating a separationbetween me and these conservative, richpeople. I was astonished at the blanketgeneralizations I was making aboutpeople, how prejudiced I was towardspeople that lived prosperously. Soon itbecame very evident that siding with thesestories also kept me deeply attached to astory of scarcity rather than allowing myselfto open to prosperity. I realized I had beengrowing immensely with being consciousand aware internally, yet I was still puttingup barriers to be successful in my externalworld. Well, not anymore.

The more open I was, the more these old stories began to fallaway, creating space for new possibilities and greater andgreater expansion. Creating new in our lives is not an easytask, but as someone said to me the other day, whoever saidit was going to be easy? We must always remain open, toquestion how we think and reect whether our internal worldis truly supporting our dreams..to do whatever we can to pullourselves back into experiencing the moment, and then, fromthere, our dreams and visions continue to unfold into amazingand wondrous ways, and before we know it new life is emergingright before our eyes.

azesowy the stories wee in our minds bringtion to our lives. They bring

ose and meaning and help us ndway to t and be part ofthing bigger. What I haveed is that more often than not, ally dont have a clue we aredoing. This is because we are soed in the stories and becausech a challenge to be objectivet our own internal stories.

ing to question these stories is arful tool as we open to manifestpossibilities and create further

nsiveness for ourselves. Plus, oning what we believe or how

erceive things brings up all kinds ofons we have hidden well away.

nding that as I am setting myions and wanting to create more

nsive opportunities for myself I haveow myself to be open to the factmany of the beliefs and opinions Iheld dearly, are all in fact stories Iconstructed as a way to feel saferworld. Many of these stories haveed in my head as the truth aboutam or what is important to me. I

e, however, that many of these storiesalso been a form of protection.

have helped me feel some value and worthiness andat I belonged and explained quite reasonably why I wasart of a certain culture, or why I made the choices I did.ze as well that I can only acknowledge these beliefs ass until I am ready to. If I forced myself to do this too early,ld have easily been destructive to my sense of safety

ecurity in the world. I may not have been ready to sithe emotions that arise when I question the stories. Inthough we are always creating stories, from the tiniestalization of why we might wear a certain hat, what kindd we eat to what our relationship is to the Great Divine.moment we interact with the material world we createstory within a matter of seconds. We cant help it. It

ens. Its part of who we are.

e recently been practicing quite diligently this wholeof being present with the Presence as much as possible.ea here is to completely immerse myself in the moment,

ectly experience the sensations without labelling it withs or attaching an explanation or meaning to it .

o witness it as a child might experience it. It takes practicea gentle nudge over and over to come back to what Irectly feeling in the moment.

It is obvious that Mother Earth and we are going throughtransformations on every level of existence. What is actuallytaking place? What is the purpose of all the changes? Are

we going through a dimensional shift, to the Fourth or Fifthdimension?

At the moment the teachings of Drunvalo Melchizedek aregiving us the most complete understanding. Many of you arefamiliar with his 40 years of research and travels, having leftthe United States over 280 times, helping people understandtheir intimate connection to God.

Drunvalo is the author of ve books including The AncientSecret of the Flower of Life, Volumes I & II, Living in the Heart,Serpent of Light, and his newest one, Mayan Oroubours. Thesebooks have been published in 29 languages and reach outto over one hundred countries throughout the world. He is therst person in the world (in modern times) to mathematicallyand geometrically dene the human light body called inancient times the Mer-Ka-Ba.

In July 2011 Drunvalo Melchizedek started a new phaseof his work, based on all the studies he made throughouthis life time. He created The School Of Remembering anddeveloped Awakening The Illuminated Heart workshop, which is a part of the school. Awakening the Illuminated Heartis a powerful journey that brings you through Awakening andRemembering - remembering who you truly are, rememberingwhy you are here, where you come from and rememberinghow to proceed in this constant Path of Soul evolution.

These practices are given for the heart to open and for youto explore the Sacred Space and the tiny Space of the Heart, known as the centre of all Creation.

THERE ARE STEPPING STONES IN THE JOURNEYTHROUGH AWAKENING THE ILLUMINATING HEART

    * HEALING EMOTIONSThere are specic exercises that will allow you to clearemotional trauma. Emotional trauma is stopping the processof going in the heart.

    * CONNECTING WITH MOTHER EARTH AND FATHERSKY/ UNIVERSE.Using simple guided mediations you will be in perfectvibrational resonance with Mother Earth and Father Sky -one of the keys to inner ascension.

ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT STEPS IS

    * GOING IN THE HEART.For many people going in the Heart is a phraseI am in the Heart they feel good and somefrom time to time. Well going in the Heart is a pneed to move your spirit in the Heart and thereexercises for that. It is obvious that our world soand centered in the brain and we need to mfrom the brain to the heart.

    ANOTHER IMPORTANT STEP IS

*CONNECTING THE HEART WITH THE BRAINThousands of years ago we had the hebrain connected, but with the fall from UniConsciousness, this connection was broken. It is vto understand, that each human being has Mein a form of a seed, which can be activated. Anare special exercises and mediations , which ar

activating the Merkaba. This is very important step in the evolutionconsciousness, because for rst time Drunvalhumanity how to activate your body of Light fractually Merkaba is functioning from the Unity Cnot from Polarity Consciousness. Merkaba is beLight eld of Love!

THE LAST STEP AND THE MOST IMPORTA

*THE CREATION PROCESS.It is uncertain if people are aware that we dofrom the heart, we create from the brain. Fromobviously when we do that, we have positive aeffect. It is possible to create from the heart, itcreate something which does not have negatpossible only if we create from Unity Conscious

It is possible to create something, which is witwith Mother Earth, Father Sky and the Uobviously if we create something from unconfrom the heart, it is in harmony with all creationchildren of the Great Creator, we are all coo creality, manifesting the dream of our Creator . our creations to come to harmony in everythinis to manifest our dream from unity from the H

D YOU EVER MEET SOMEONE WITHOM YOU INSTANTLY CLICKED?ugh you had never encountered them previously inetime, their energy still felt very familiar? Perhaps whenooked into their eyes and experienced recognition, ityour soul recognizing their soul. Have you ever travelledwhere new and thought, wow this place feels veryar to me

arly, this feeling of recognition could indicate thataps your soul has visited or even lived there before.

s this paragraph is only one small portion of this article, itsible that this lifetime is only a tiny fraction of your unique

overall history. As long as there have been humanes on the Earth, there have likely been souls inhabiting.

AMAZINGRELATIONSHIPS DONOT JUST HAVE TOBE BETWEEN SOULMATES AS EACH

RELATIONSHIP THATYOU ENTER INTO WITHLOVE, BECOMES OF

    THE SOUL.

    GUSTOMAGAZINE.CA

N THE EYES OF ASOUL FRIENDPAST LIFETIMES:Some children do remember details from their past lifetimesbut most souls will forget their past lifetimes, every time theyare born.

Of course some human beings may have brand new soulsthat are experiencing life on this planet for the rst time, butit is also possible that some human beings have had manylifetimes on Earth. In this case, they would have probablyinteracted with a lot of other souls and therefore they couldhave many soul friends in the universe and on Earth, at anygiven time. It is possible that you have had lifetimes all overthis planet, and experienced many points of view, includingdifferent genders, lifestyles, cultures and religions.

Here are examples of a few different types of relationshipsthat can possibly be experienced, but as always, you shoulddo your own research and evaluate what resonates bestwith you, before deciding which information to integratewith your truth.

RONG FEELING OF RECOGNITION FOR SOMEONE WHO IS A COMPLETE STRANGER IN THISTIME MAY BE AN INDICATOR THAT PERHAPS YOUR SOUL HAS KNOWN THEIR SOUL BEFORE.E FEEL EXTREMELY DRAWN TO HELP SOMEONE, ALTHOUGH WE MAY NOT UNDERSTAND WHY, ITULD BE DUE TO PAST LIFE KARMA, AND A DEBT THAT NEEDS TO BE RE-PAID.

It is likely that souls frequentlychoose to re-incarnate in

close proximity and at similartimes to other members oftheir groups of soul friends

or soul family. It is likely thatsoul family members

will continually re-incarnatewithin the same human

families over and overagain. For example, your

sister could have been yourmother in a past lifetime andyour grandfather in another

    past lifetime, etc.

Even our pets could haveincarnated with us before.

This can be noticed as trueconnection when the rst

human-pet connection wassynchronous. How did you

choose your pet? Or didyour pet choose you?

Furry soul friends may chooseto live with us for the chanceto be close to us again,as our companions and

    protectors, in this lifetime.

    SOUL FRIEND AND SOULFAMILY RELATIONSHIPS:

    GUSTOMAGAZI

KARMIC RELATIONSHIPS:When you encounter a soul that you have known in a pastlifetime, you may instantly feel that you can trust them. Perhapsyou want to get to know them better or maybe you feel a desireto do anything that you can do, to help them out. On the ipside, you may instantly feel quite uncomfortable around a souland you may feel that you can not trust them.

Our souls always know the whole truth of all of our interactions, atthe subconscious level of our being. Sometimes we can receiveclues through our intuition, or dreams, although sometimes astrong recognition between souls can be misconstrued.

Not all soul friends were necessarily always friends Past-lifeenemies can often return to meet us as friends and allies inthis lifetime. When they do assist our present life situation in animportant way, this experience can help to heal and releaseany past-life karma.

For example, if someone killed you in a past lifetime, or didsomething that lead to your death or your unhappiness, thataction could not only create irrational fears for you in thislifetime, but also a karmic debt for them. Likewise if someonehelped you to survive or to thrive in a past lifetime, you mayhave an unpaid obligation to help them now, in return. Youmay not know where past life karma can be affecting your life

today. It is possible that certain souls may have contracts with eachother to take some kind of action towards each other in thislifetime. This may for example help a person to overcome anobstacle towards achieving their lifes purpose or it could evencreate an obstacle for them to overcome, and thereby grow, learn and evolve through the experience.

SOUL MATE RELATIONSHIPS:Did you ever meet someone with whom you instantly fell inlove? Perhaps you have been lovers with them before in apast lifetime or even in several different past lifetimes. You mayhave experienced different ages, locations, races, languages, stages of family and life together.

Soul mate relationships can often be extremely powerful andsupportive. It is possible that each person has one or severalsoul mates incarnate on Earth. Basically, all relationships arenew at one time and they grow into soul mate relationshipsover the lifetimes that two souls spend together.

TWIN FLAME RELATIONSHIPS:Plato was the rst philosopher to theorize about Twin FlameRelationships. In The Symposium, he describes humans asoriginally having 4 arms, 4 legs, 2 faces and 2 sets of genitaliawhich could be male, female or androgynous. He postulatesthat out of jealousy the god Zeus split humans in half and thatwe were forever seeking the other half of our selves.

This type of relationship could be the most powerful and intimateconnection possible between souls, however they are said to bevery rare. A twin ame does not necessarily always incarnatein the same age group or location, so even if your twin ameis alive on the planet, it may not be possible to be together aslovers. Often your twin ame may choose not to incarnate onthis planet at the same time as you, so that they could insteadhelp to guide you intuitively, from another dimension.

Even if your twin ame is not incarnate, you can still reachout to them at any time by intending to make an energeticconnection with them. The experience of feeling of yourconnection with your twin ame can also help to attract soulmates into your life as well.

RELATIONSHIP PROBLEMS:No human is perfect and therefore no relationwill ever be perfect. All are however, perfimperfect. We will always experience the sproblems or obstacles lifetime over lifetime, untx and forgive or release them. Everyone is aexperiencing their own obstacles and challengerelationships, because of their intimate nature, become explosive at times.

Other people are always serving as mirrorsourselves. This is exemplied with the contagiosmiles and yawns. Clear, kind and open comis the best way to discuss hard topics. One of blessings of friendships and partnerships is that thare experiencing yourself in, is hopefully compasupportive. Partners can help each other to sthrough their issues and obstacles, while proother a safe space to heal, to release issues anobstacles.

ATTRACTING SOUL LEVEL RELATIONIf you are wishing that you had more soul friemeaningful relationships in your life, you may deeper with regards to your interactions with

at, smile at and introduce yourself to more peochoose to consciously get clear about what yoinvite your soul mates, friends and family, to colife, through prayer. Trust that they will show up atimes.

Twin ames and Soul mates, as well as Soul FrieFamily who are incarnate on the planet, will abe drawn to each other, like magnets. Their soof each others proximity and they will subchoose life situations that will predispose themboth partners focus on living their lives authentaccordance with their natural passions and puwill undoubtedly cross each others paths.

If you are dating, you will of course want to beand always use your intuition when connectinpeople. Unless you actively dig for informatioknow what kind of relationship, if any, that yohad with that person before.

    MAKING IT RIGHTI AM SORRY.
